I got the Thai chicken salad- delicious peanut dressing, side of kale apple slaw- unique and filling! And the detox island green smoothie sub Splenda felt nice on my upset stomach.

My boyfriend tried the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap- pineapple salsa and the chicken was perfect. The pomegranate plunge smoothie was delightfully sweet. The edible straw was a fun try! I love environmentally friendly alternatives.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am a frequent customer and recently have been experiencing many challenges with customer service. On more than one account my order of typically one smoothie takes 30 minutes. Today several orders were completed before mine. My smoothie was ultimately left on the back counter, forgotten about. When I finally got it, it was no longer blended well and basically juice. I leave this review so that hopefully the west side of Madison location can receive support with staff coverage. It has been very chaotic within the store.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This review is specific for the West Madison location off of Mineral Point Road. The Bahama Mama bowl is my favorite item. This time, I ordered that, a wrap, and a smoothie to go..when I came home and pulled out my bowl, it looked like someone had eaten half of it. Super disappointing. They are around $10 each. I haven't had this happen before, so not sure what changed. There were 2 strawberry chunks, 3 pineapple chunks, and about 4 pieces of granola. Not the norm. I won't be back to this location.

Healthy alternative to fast food chains, love the vibes of this  place, friendly and attentive staff on their University Avenue location. One server in particular remembered me and how I want my smoothie served. No straws! Place is Clean! My new favorite place to get smoothie and meet up with friends. When I was in a different city in Wisconsin and when  I was at the outskirts of Illinois I looked for it and glad to have found a Tropical Smoothie location.. I signed up to their Rewards App. Fun perks!
