I don't go to the theaters often, but when a specific A24 film comes out, I'll make the effort to go. This theater was cleanish when I walked in, which is always a good first impression. The layout was decent, nothing fancy, but it was easy to navigate and find the specific theater I needed. The food area could definitely be maintained a bit better. The soda machine was a major issue; it wasn't working as it should, causing delays. The poor kids in front of us were struggling with it, and honestly, people around them were getting impatient, thinking they were fooling around. The seats were definitely a highlight, leather recliners that let you lean all the way back. Super comfortable and made the experience more enjoyable once the movie started. And thank goodness no one talked throughout the film, which really made it more enjoyable. Overall Service: The ticket seller was great and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the concession staff seemed a bit quiet and didn't engage much when I asked them questions, which felt a little off for a movie theater environment.

went to a matinee and the popcorns was clearly from the night before, stale and old. I asked for a fresher batch and was told that the size I had didn't get refills - the bag I brought back up to the counter was still full. The theater we were in smelled like mildew and had torn leather on the seats. I wish I had better things to say honestly. Overall not impressed and will be going somewhere else in the future.

Love this AMC! It is always very clean and the staff here are awesome. They have a mini bar inside so you can grab some snacks and a drink before going to watch your movie. They also sell some pretty cool popcorn buckets.

managers do not care about their patrons, had a guy snag both of our seats... okay fine... whatever... i'll sit somewhere else then dude starts guttural snoring during the first quarter of a horror movie... i reluctantly notify the front as i hate to be "that guy" only to be met with "well is anyone else in the theater?" i dont believe that matters, especially if they're paying for a movie experience the "manager" comes in as another patron is leaving, im assuming to complain, only to tell that patron they can't do anything? i'm not asking you to to kick them out, at the bare minimum wake them up ??? dude literally took my seat whoever ran this place that night blows chunks and ruined my movie and im not the only one, the only other patrons in the theater walked out lmfao

If I'm coming to a movie I'd expect theater food to be offered. It's literally a Friday night and I've watched movies at this theater before on a Friday night and was able to buy nachos and other items. On August 22nd did they fall short on their promise on "we make movies better" experience. Only popcorn was available (old not fresh because the popcorn machines were off behind them). I'm extremely saddened how this amc has digressed in a month. I am a paying customer and I feel like I was jipped. No I don't want "free popcorn" to make up for this. here's to watching a 2.5 hour movie with no snacks.

Theater feels humid and smells very musty everywhere. Paid $18 per ticket for IMaxx which has old style poor quality seats. 2 soda machines not working.

Theater could use some help getting seats repaired, butter machines replaced, some power recliners don't work , overall a decent theater parking lot needs resurfacing too , I love being an A List level AMC rewards member but this theater needs some upgrades and repairs

My husband and I have seen several movies at this theater that were all a great experience. However, the last 2 movies we have seen (both in the last month) the sound balance was completely off. The sound felt muted, with several times we could hardly hear the voices. My husband and I both commented that it sounded like there was no surround sound. In both instances the movies we saw were musicals and the balance was significantly noticeable during the music portions where the singing sounded softer than the dialogue and the orchestration being too loud. I thought it was the movie (in this case Wicked) and that there was some balance issue in the movie, however I saw the movie again in a different theater and it sounded so much better. Now I know it was the theater and not the movie! I went again to Fitchburg AMC to see Moana and it was the same experience as with Wicked. I have seen 2 different movies, with both my husband and my friend, all of whom agreed that the sound was off. Will be looking for other theaters going forward if this is not soon corrected. It's a shame because I have always liked this theater in the past.

Wow, all I can say is nasty. I can not say anything positive about my experience, not only was the food area disgusting but the soda machine was filthy and out of several options. The parking lot was full of weeds and overgrown and extremely unkept. For a family of 5 to spend $68 on tickets alone before food and drink you would think they could have a better environment! Over all this experience was disgusting! Never going back

Popcorn was so stale, could barely chew . Only came because I had gotten a coupon. Seats are questionable sticky smelly and ripping apart.
