Worst place ever to place an order. Don't answer phones. Orders take forever to be delivered.

I came here on a Sunday during off peak hours, and could not have WORSE service. The young man working BY HIMSELF, didn't greet me because he was on the phone (fine, no big deal). But then, he continues to ignore me as his only customer in the store and this order becomes a laundry list of sandwiches. He eventually puts them on hold, answers another call and puts them on hold. Then just walks over to me not saying a word. I order, and then he picks up the phones again. I literally waited 15 minutes for my two super easy sandwiches because for some reason, he was the ONLY employees there! I totally get the frustration from him because he was swamped and having to do everything on his own, but his rude service was no appreciated. I was also grabbing lunch for a co worker and I, and had to come IN to get them only because the phone was BUSY!

They have only one driver, but I placed my order at 11:20 a.m. and it still hadn't arrived by 12:30. When I called a rude gentleman said it was going to be 20 minutes because they only have one driver. So I called back at 1 p.m. and a different guy answered and he said he was one his way out the door with my order right now and I was the third order on his list to deliver. So not only is it going to be over 2 hours to get the order, but the guy lied to me! I should have just gone over and picked it up. Would have been a hell of a lot faster. So much for freaky fast delivery!

Unfortunately this location does not carry the bean sprouts which are essential (I think) for a great beach club. I was told the reason is because it is a franchise location and not a corporate store. Also, parking can be a pain if you miss the wrong entrance to their lot. The staff was friendly and efficient, but I will probably not be a regular for the reasons mentioned above.

Worst service / delivery experience I'd ever had. Ordered two sandwiches to my workplace (my boss and a VIP who was in town) at 12:03 p.m. today. Jimmy John's is right down Fish Hatchery from us. Same street. Probably a 2-minute drive. By 12:50 p.m., I called the store. Male asked if I was Erica, (I'm not), and they'd be here in 3-5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. My boss was angry by this time and said just to cancel the order. I called Jimmy John's and told them I was canceling the order, and please don't charge the credit card. I also asked if there was some coupon or discount for next time, if they wanted to keep our business. "We're giving your money back!" and click. Hung up on me! Couple minutes later, the order actually arrived. This now was 1 hour, 18 minutes after I'd first ordered online. Delivery person didn't apologize until I asked whether they were shorthanded -- he said yes. And the sandwiches weren't labeled as for who each one was for! And I'd clearly put that on the online order! Both were #16s, so I don't know which one had no mayo and which one had Jimmy mustard! I called the store again and said I wanted to make sure since I'd canceled the order that I wouldn't be charged. He said, "Well, I would have thrown the sandwiches in the trash anyway (if they'd come back to the store)," and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. Seriously. I'm not exaggerating. Whereas I would have been understanding had he apologized or promised something to make it right, he did nothing. I've never had such a bad experience. It was horrible. I immediately contacted Firehouse and said we'd be using them from now on. I'm still seething after such a bad experience. If it would have been a personal order for just me or a peer, I wouldn't be mad. But this made me look HORRIBLE in front of my manager and his boss who was in town. I looked like a stooge - couldn't even get a two-sandwich order for delivery correct! I'm in trouble.

Website says they are open until 8pm but that isn't true they close at 7pm. It's really difficult to get in the parking lot normally now it's even worse with construction. The last time I was there my sandwich was amazing but it took the clerk a while to make it. HE WAS BY HIMSELF. doing the work of 4 people. I love Jimmy Johns I will go to another better staffed easier to get into location.

Went in around 6:00 on a Wednesday night and had a great experience. The restaurant was super clean in the dining and kitchen areas. No loud music blasting. Food was great.

Terrible experience there went here on my lunch break Monday the the guy making my sandwich didn't put my sandwich in a bag I never ate there before asked for my chips he was rude telling me that I knew where the chips were went on to say he's not trying to steal my chips just too much to deal with on my lunch break want be taking my lunch break here.
