Tapatio's has completely transformed after their renovation--and WOW, it's stunning. The space is double its previous size, modern, and absolutely beautiful. The new bar is fun focal point for the restaurant. The food is just as incredible as the new look. The warm chips are perfectly crisp, paired with salsa that bursts with fresh, homemade flavor. Anything with birria here is a must. I ordered Birria Mulitas, and honestly, it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The flavors were rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. Every bite was delicious. Between the gorgeous setting, amazing service, and next-level food, Tapatio's is a five-star spot. If you haven't been since the renovation, you need to check it out. Highly, highly recommend!

Tapatios is this fun restaurant that offers a modern take on Mexican dishes. This restaurant has a very nice interior design. It's very inviting. Along the walls they have some booths, and they also have a very nice counter space. Here, you can come in and just have a cocktail, or you can order your meal and eat it there, as well. The food items they offer are interesting. A modern interpretations of traditional Mexican and Latin culinary delights. What they offer is a really a unique blend of the modern, combined with the old school. Meaning, what you can order will be flavorful, made with great ingredients, and a fun presentation. In terms of drinks, they have a nice selection of beers, some wine, and they also do offer cocktails. So, for those who wan to enjoy a tasty margarita, or something like that, they're happy to make it up on the spot for you. This restaurant is attached to a large parking lot, so you'll never have a problem finding a parking spot. The staff here all seem really nice and are very helpful. So, if you are looking for any guidance towards what you want to eat, they'll be happy to guide you in the right direction, as they did for me. Overall, great spot to eat.

Being from California, I have to say, there aren't many dining options in the area. I discovered this restaurant when planning to try another restaurant nearby, but not finding the other restaurant appealing from the outside. This restaurant is located in a strip mall. Day of the Dead decorations in the front. Walking in, I found the restaurant inviting. Very bright colors, a bar, and booth seating available. There is ample seating. I sat in a booth by the bar. The waiter was friendly and efficient. That's important. He brought out complimentary tortilla chips and salsa. The chips were a little salty, but the salsa was good and chunky. I ordered a strawberry margarita. It was pretty good. Sweet, with a lime wedge and sugar on the lip of the glass. I ordered a power bowl for my main dish, no protein. It was basically a salad with avocado, cucumber, red cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese. I could barely taste the dressing. Plenty of parking: Free, shared strip mall.

Great prices and vibes alongside delicious food. My mom and I got the birria and tacos (al pastor), respectively, which were both so good. My mom loved the birria and I really enjoyed the tacos. The meal also came with complimentary chips and salsa. Service was great. Truly a great place to have a nourishing meal that I'd recommend to everyone in the area. My mom said she even liked it more than other birria she has had before.

Man, I have to split this review and fore warning, this is for a Togo order but still... The ordering online is easy and friendly to use and the prices are average. That being said, do NOT get any of the starters as they are seriously sub par. The queso dip was grainy and cold with more of a like cornmeal flavor than cheese. The salsa was mostly water. Like an extra watery pico de gallo. The rice and beans that came with the meal were super mid. But all that being said. The entrees were lit. If none of the above occurred, these entrees could carry them to easily a 4.5 Top notch- chicken quesadilla and the Cali burrito. Honorable mention, the enchiladas. But hot damn. That quesadilla. It's the crunchiness of the fresh tortilla but still soft on the inside with the clearly charbroiled chicken that set it apart. I likely would just order the quesadilla or a burrito if I ever come back

I've been visited many Mexican restaurants in the past and this restaurant was something different than the others. The staff was friendly and the tables were clean. Very fast service, the food brought to our table within 7 minutes after the waitress took our order. The food was okay, more Americanized than typical Mexican restaurants. Please expect additional charge for second basket of chips. I would not to come back to this restaurant, because there are many truly Mexican restaurants out there to enjoy tacos.

I took out lunch from here on a week day. As this place is in a mall, there were ample parking spots around. I went for a Enchiladas de la abuela. It was good. But I was expecting it to be more flavorful from the description of the item.

Our waitress was very attentive and corrected a mistake with an order at the table promptly. The food had good flavor and everyone enjoyed the unique margarita that they tried. Nice atmosphere inside though they have the uncomfortable metal chairs I wish places would stop buying. A little tight on the inside.
