Lunch time with a great sub They always make it great and it actually looks like the pictures. They taste amazing. Hot or cold subs are equally great. Fresh ingredients and bread. The employees are nice and corrects if they did it wrong.

This is a standard Jersey Mike's. The food is good, the service is friendly. The first time I came, they had the Cheddar Ruffles I like, the second time, they didn't, and they weren't going to order them again because they aren't that popular. Fair. I won't buy chips from them. But everything else is nice. I like the sandwiches a lot. They have always been consistent.

Last time I visit. This is not specific only to this location but the whole damn chain. It's an absolute joke for their large/giant subs. Not only are they smaller in size by length of bread and width, but the contents are seriously lacking for $20++. Go to Philly and all the shops put this chain to shame. Why did you do this JM? No wonder they were dead during lunch. Wow.

Wish I could rate higher but this staff needs to learn some conduct and how to interact with guests! I love Jersey Mike's but this was the worst experience I've had. The workers had no interest in helping. One of them kept saying to their coworker you have me till 12:00, only till 12:00. Im trying to get drunk today, had no interest in helping get our food. When my girlfriend asked to get turkey, she said ew why would you get that? It's not her choice, it's the customer choice. Also the other worker kept getting confused who's sandwich was whose and almost had peppers on my sandwich. Please educate staff on conduct with guests.

The Jersey Mike's in Franklin is pretty good. Large subs made to order. They re-made a sandwich for me despite the fact they did not have to as the online ordering system had not placed an option for me. The manager was great. There are times it make a little longer, but they are made from scratch. The subs are bigger than the competition and tasty.

This location is horrible. I love jersey mikes but every time I go here it's terribly slow. I ordered online- said 15 mins (understand might need to wait longer), I waited over 20 additional minutes. Waiter over 40 mins for an online cold sub. While I stood there they made a total of 3 sandwiches...3 people, 3 subs in 20 minutes. There was people already eating and only two walk ins who in the 10 minutes they were there didn't even order yet. Why wouldn't you focus on the orders of people there waiting- in the order they are being picked up. Will not go back to this location due to multiple experiences like this

One of the better JMs, but not when the nearby high school releases their inmates. Avoid the whole area at these times. Like all fast food they are suffering from short staffing, but the staff they do have seems to try hard to get things right. Unlike Subways, the bread at JMs any location isn't always fresh. Be careful parking, the lot is marked for midsize sedans, but this is an area where many locals drive the very largest size SUVs and working people driving big work trucks also park. Busy strip mall.

My first time at a jersey Mike's and can only say meh. I got the Italian and it was mostly ham. The only other taste seemed to be the overabundance of vinegar. I will stick to cousins. Better bread and a much better blend of flavors.

I came during "day of giving" and while I expected it long wait, I didn't expect to wait 1.5 hours + standing in line for them to accommodate the online orders ! The management needs to be looked into - the ratio for a online orders fulfilled versus "in person" orders was like 10 online per 1 "in person." After this experience and the sub par sandwich I'll gladly consider another location who seems to value physical customers more and in better management .
