Excellent Pizza for a chain! I have tried other pizza restaurants in the area and they have all been ok, but this was definitely the best. Pizza delivery was fast, delivery driver was very professional and the pizza was hot and delicious. Definitely will be ordering here again!

First time ordering from a Marco's, I was pleasantly surprised (I'm not into chains, but I was feeding others as well as myself). The Pepperoni Magnifico was that, and my special request for "light on the cheese, please," was heeded, which I really appreciated. I'm a snob about sauce, and I liked Marco's--nicely spiced, plenty of it, and good, thick-enough texture. Breadsticks were not my favorite style because I prefer very soft ones, but others liked them more and they filled the belly. Prices were reasonable.

This is not the chain pizza. This is the real deal. I love their sauce which is slightly sweet. The ingredients are fresh and portions on pizza generous. It is take out or delivery only. No dining in. People are friendly on the phone when taking our order. Pick up is also great service. It is old school pizza and it is awesome.

Ordered a pepperoni special with no mushrooms. A pepperoni special is sausage, canned mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni. I don't like canned mushrooms which is why it was ordered with no mushrooms. We did pick-up as we live 20 minutes away. My husband got home and they made the pizza wrong. They gave us a sausage, onions, and tomato pizza (totally not what I ordered). I also repeated my order twice when I placed it. I called to complain and the first guy said let me get you my boss. Boss comes on and after I explain the issue, tells me that I ordered a completely different pizza than what I am now telling him. I reexamined what I ordered and also explained I hate tomatoes. He then tells me "look Trisha, you are arguing with the wrong person" and that I am pretty much lying about my incorrect order. I again explain what I ordered and that it wasn't my fault the guy taking orders couldn't get it right. He was extremely condescending and rude and then hung up on me after telling me again I was wrong. Worst customer service ever which is truly sad as the pizza is amazing when they get the order right. If you want good pizza but extremely disrespectful, condescending, rude service and a business that won't admit and accept when they make an error then this is the pizza place for you!
