Sadly, the Southridge location consistently ranks as the worst when it comes to Rocky Rococo's locations in the Milwaukee area. Nearly all the other Rocky Rococo locations in Milwaukee turn out very tasty slices. At the Southridge Rocky Rococo the dough is usually undercooked and the slices do not rise as much. It has been like this for at least 3 years with no improvement. I love Rocky Rococo. I have been going there for nearly 40 years. I went to the locations in Madison on State Street and Gilman Street at least 3-4 times per week. Whenever I pass a Rocky Rococo pizzeria there is a good chance I'll stop there. But next time I'll drive past the Southridge location and head to the Store across the street from MKE airport.

I don't understand the rest of these reviews but I have never had a bad experience here. I always get the slice of the day and they all turn out great along with a breadstick and soda. They do run out of slices some times but that is mainly because of how busy they get as the line usually goes by the tables in the center of the room. It looks like any other restaurant in a mall so there is nothing wrong there. All in all, is it some fancy pizza joint? No. It is a fast food pizza joint but it is certainly better than its competitors in the fact you don't have to order a full pizza and instead just have a slice.

Staff was super rude and unfriendly. Asked about getting a super slice that was pork free due to food allergies and was met with nothing but attitude. Would never go back to this particular restaurant. Thankfully, it was in the mall foodcourt, and there are plenty of other eatery options. DO NOT recommend this place based on service alone. The food was ok at best.

My bf was told he can't place an order at 6pm even though the store doesn't close until 8. So I decided to call and the phone was picked up and hung up 10 times in a row prior to 630pm. This is unacceptable! This is the closest location near my house and I shouldn't have to drive out of the way because the people at this location don't want to work.

I'd rather eat dog food than the cold, crusty breadsticks I ordered. They only put one pump of cheese in a massive cup and the person taking our order was most likely a mute, since he didn't say a word to us. Do not eat here!

The South Ridge Mall location is not worth the short drive. Unable to take a phone order correctly, and when we informed them they gave us a pepperoni instead of a sausage pizza, they were stupefied and did not know what to do. We asked them to make a sausage large pizza and how long would it take. They did not know - maybe 20 minutes or so? A half hour later, the shift manager asked if it was in the oven. "Ugh, 12 more minutes." The children working here are perhaps better suited for bagging at a grocery store, as they are not clever enough to make pizza.

I will NEVER go to the Southridge Mall location again. The location opens up at 10:00 am. I got there at about 10:40 ish and absolutely NOTHING was made. The two employee that were there were both in the back area with their backs to the registers/customers. I could clearly see them. I waited about 2-3 minutes for one of them to turn around or come out and not one of them ever turned around! I had to try to get their attention. The girl that was there (dark hair with glasses) just kept talking away on her cell phone and just plain ignored me. Finally a guy came out to fill the cooler with juice and I was able to get his attention and ordered breadsticks (That's it). He yelled in back to the girl on the phone to put a pan of breadsticks in (who knows if she did or not). He then told me it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, the girl finally emerged from the back, still on her cell phone. Another lady came up to the counter to order (I'm still waiting on my breadsticks) and the girl on the cell phone rolled her eyes at the lady and told whomever she was talking to that she would call them back. The lady ordered a slice of pepperoni and was also told to wait because they had to make it. I finally asked about my breadsticks and was told 3 minutes...ughhhhh...what happened to the 5 minutes 15 minutes ago??? I had to tell her that I was now late for work and she said and I quote "Well we just opened what do you expect" by the way they open at 10:00 am as I said earlier and it was now just about 11:00 am. I finally got my breadsticks) around 23 minutes after I ordered them (the guy that took my order ended up making them or he finally put them on the order area). The girl that was on the phone gave them to me along with an eye roll when she gave them to me after she threw them in a bag without the foil on top (the lady was still waiting for her slice of pizza when I left). Extremely poor service,and no customer service skills whatsoever. Utterly insulting to say the least. NEVER AGAIN!
