Why place and order online for a pickup time and walk out 22 minutes after said time with the food!?!?? 35 minutes for a salad and cheeseburger. Unacceptable. No receipt. Just the sticky order strips from the bag. They were not extremely busy in the sit down area. Out of the 3 other pickup order people and me, NONE of the orders were ready. I was 2nd in at that particular time and 2nd out with an order. Everyone was waiting!! Why?? Do they wait until we show up before starting an order? I will not ever order online again. It would be quicker through the drive thru.

Passed through the drive-thru for a quick bite. I guess the speaker was a bit off for them to hear me. Repeated order three times, got to the window and it wasn't correct. Paid at one window, went to a different window to get food. The bag was covered in cheese sauce which got all over my steering wheel, when I looked up the lady that handed me the bag was gone. I cleaned my steering wheel and realized the cheese sauce I ordered was missing, guess it was on the bag instead. Called out to a few folks walking by and finally someone heard me and I was able to get the cheese sauce. Also one additional piece to mention, the fries were overcooked, visibly so. I will not be back to this location, not a good experience.

Stopped in to have a dinner at this facility. They have three kiosks but we approved the sole cashier to place our order. There are big menu boards behind the cashier with limited explanations but we ordered anyway and paid and walked down to the pick up area. We found a booth to sit in and gathered condiments and napkins and waited for our number to be called. After picking up our bags of food we sat down and noted that we were missing some items. After retrieving them we ate our food. It was good but really could have used more sauce. Or gravy but we didn't have that knowledge as to how to order. The place was not real busy and we were satisfied but have had better. Next time we will have more questions on menu inclusions

My friends brought me to Portillo's, originally several weeks ago, and I've been back a few times since. The Italian beef sandwich reminds me of one of the few things my grandma actually cooked. The sandwich is warm, filling, and full of memories for me. They have these in Arizona, so I need to get my parents to go to one so my mom can try it too. Aside from the Italian beef, I've also tried a couple desserts. They are fine. The chocolate cake isn't too sweet, which is nice. The strawberry shortcake was good. I'll definitely be back.

My sister & I came here for the first time. I decided to start with something simple this time & got the chili cheese dog with cheese fries. Very tasty! Will be back again.

The food is consistently good. I love the chili and onion rings! Spicy chicken chop salad is delicious The chocolate malts could be mixed better and the beer should go back to where it was at the back. It's not poured well and difficult to carry to a table.

That burger First off, not sure how I haven't reviewed this location as I've been here quite a bit. Sorry, Portillos! Anyways, I'll just do this review based on their burger. I don't eat a lot of red meat so I was pleseantly surprised to sample their burger on a previous visit. Honestly, I had no idea they even had burgers here! They've always been perfectly cooked and look hand-formed, not like some formerly frozen shape and the burger to bun ratio is superb. The drive thru or ordering ahead is probably the way to go, I've had excessive waits while ordering onsite for to-go.

I went through the drive thru. The girl who took my order was very rude and complained that my car was loud. My vehicle is not loud. The truck behind me was the loud vehicle. When I got to the first window to pay, I sat there waiting for her to come to the window. She was talking to other employees and ignoring me. She was very rude once she opened the window, swearing, and ignoring me. The burger was burned on the outside yet nearly raw on the inside. How is that possible? I will not go back to this restaurant.
