It has been a long time since I've dined at a Red Robin. Our server was fantastic; his name was Isaiah. We were greeted immediately upon entry by smiling faces. We were taken to our table right away, and we could hear each other talking; there wasn't too much noise or music blaring. Not pictured - Island Heat Boneless Wings. They were served on a bed of chips with the sauce dripping. We ordered this as an appetizer for three people, and they were extremely tasty. They've got a good thing going with the Island Heat sauce, for sure. Since the wings aren't going to be crispy, the chips underneath are similar to kettle-cooked ones, and they provide that crunch to complement the wings. We sampled various drinks and burgers, and everything was seriously picture-perfect. The burgers were juicy, and the drinks were made with the right combination of ingredients. You can grab all the fries you want, and they are also great, not greasy. We didn't need refills, though, because we really ate enough that day. We weren't coming in expecting 5-star food and service, but they earned every one of them during this visit. Thanks so much for a great dinner!

I absolutely love coming to Red Robin! Their endless fries and strawberry lemonade are always a hit. This time, the first batch of fries was a bit too salty, but the second batch was perfect and paired well with the seasoning offered on the table. I also can't get enough of their campfire sauce--it's such a tasty addition! I usually go for the BBQ Whiskey River Burger or the chicken option, and yesterday I opted for chicken. They've definitely changed the flavor of their BBQ sauce; it's smokier now. I didn't mind the change and actually liked it, though my best friend prefers the original flavor. The chicken always tastes fresh, and the food is consistently good. Red Robin is our go-to spot when my best friend(s) and I want to catch up. It's always a reliable choice. The atmosphere is great for friends, families, or even just a quick dinner. The service is solid, and I love the table tablet--it's a nice feature for kids, too. My best friend's daughter really enjoyed using it! Will be back soon!

Great food....so so service. Their menu is the same as any other Red Robin so you know what to expect. I like that they have seasonal burgers so there is still new items. During our visit we had to remind the server on things like silverware, drinks. Maybe it's their first server job so I won't let that stop me from going back.

Been a while, so long that I never knew they had pizza available! Still went with a burger because, well, Red Robin's all about the gourmet burgers! Everything I remember has stayed true- fast friendly service, clean establishment, delicious food. Some of the burgers may not be the easiest to eat without making a mess, but they sure are delicious and filling. I like the bottomless fries option, though it's not always necessary after eating a whole burger. But, if you're hungry, you can get as many fry refills as you like! I'm glad they're still around. I like having the variety of options for a gourmet burger that don't involve plopping a fried egg on top and calling it a day.

We were seated pretty promptly, but to get service to the table took a while. Our 4 person table order was taken and the food was good--we all had different Burgers and 2 of us had lemonades. No one ever came back to see if we needed anything. Nor offer refills on the lemonades or bottomless fries which were empty. We needed to flag them down for the bill. Overall, just sort of a bummer experience - giving 3 stars for the food that came and was ok. This place has potential if they get the service aspect of their business in order. Customers should want to come back. We don't plan to as there are other comparable burger places with similar price points and better service. Hoping they can do better for the next customers that visit.

Food was actually pretty decent, but they're are 8-9 tables here as of now, and only one waiter, who is nice, but is cleaning the kitchen for kitchen staff and left us abandoned. No bussers, no hostess, no anybody else who works? Don't go telling me nobody works or wants to, even asked about hiring and they said no. I wonder why? Money, the atmosphere just seems generic and bland. I personally blame the franchise owner or parent corporation. I wonder why...personally, stay away from this place. It isn't worth the huge price for the average to decent price tag.

Wonderful every time we eat here, welcoming, clean, service is great! Burgers can be pricey but with the bottomless sides it is definitely worth it!

I had a great server who was properly masked months after the area came down from moderate levels of COVID. I appreciate the extra care and health safety, she's probably a hand washer too. She was prompt and accurate. The food is fair, the scripted dialogue with all the nonsense words (they add, today, at all, and other gibberish to all exchanges) is annoying but totally common with other fast food places. The kitchen is openly visible and not everyone back there is wearing head hair covering. Lots of parking, it's a convenient location and sitting down to eat then leaving is faster than the nearby McDonald's drive through. I like the option of an Impossible burger.

Our burgers were cold and our fries were cold. The menu is SUPER misleading. It says we get a free bottomless side with our burgers and enddd up paying for all the sides. FUCKING crappy ass restraunt will not be back again

We stopped in here the other day to redeem our Veterans meal, a Tavern Burger and fries. They were smart and didn't want large crowds so from 11-12-20 until the end of the month. The only catch is you have to be a. Beverages were not included, To start with, The employees are all facemask and glove up. The lobby is very clean and the carryout seems to be a grab and go if you ordered and paid online. The seating is spaced out fairly well. They were sanitizing tables and booths between customers, So me and my sister both Served in the Army and after a full day of shopping we were ready for our '''''' burgers Like I said before, you have to have a royalty club cart and it shows in the account that you already redeemed, so no heading to Brookfield for round 2. The veteran's menu consisted of four Tavern Burgers, I had the Haystack Cheeseburger with never-ending steak fries topped with fresh garlic and grated Parmesan. My sister has the Pig Out Burger, which had caramelized patties and bacon. These tavern burgers use smaller burgers so it is made with two patties on a bun. I had asked for my burger to be pink or medium-rare. I was told that the patties are so much thinner they can't promise the burger will be anything but well done. I wish I would have known that for an additional charge I could have had one big patty cooked medium rare-next time. Our server was very knowledgeable and very polite too. She was working the bar too and really didn't have time for chit chat, it was all business with her. I would like to thank Red Robin for supporting our veterans and if there are any veterans reading this, go there by the end of the month, it's well worth it
