We decided to get some pizza for dinner so I thought toppers had a good deal so we decided to go for first thing they don't deliver to my city anymore and I'm not even a couple miles away. So I decided to drive my not so little butt to toppers for pick up. The app didn't tell me when it was done so I had to kind of guess at the time we got there we grabbed the pizza and our sticks. We got home started eating the sticks no problems pretty good then we open the pizza and it was burnt. I'm not talking just a little crispy. I'm talking it was burnt. We called them. I know they had a call center take the order, but then I said transfer me to the store. They did 20 minutes later. They hung up on us without even an answer so we got back in the car went back to the store asked for the manager took another five minutes before he could do anything, and I saw him back there doing diddly squat. I said the pizza was burnt. I showed him he said oh no, it's not. That's the way it looks I said what burnt and he's like yeah so I guess I'll never be back there again. I used to love toppers by the way.

Music was so loud they couldn't hear us talking. Told them to turn it down and they were annoyed. Got home with pizza it was burnt!! cheese sticks guest found a black hair in it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It's a Health hazard!! Wasted money.

I spent over $80.00 in hopes of having pizza for dinner. My order was placed at 4:30pm and it is currently 6:25 and when I call to inquire about my order. And that I would like to cancel my order. They say they are transferring me to the owner and hung up on me Twice! I get better service from lil ceasars. I'll never order from Tppers again. Lesson learned. Greendfield location!! Look at the time stamp from the screenshot. Nd it says still baking? We ordered at 4:30 pm and Needless to say, we canceled our order. The manager is conveniently stating that he never received my 2 calls. He says it went to the call center. Really??? No one ever wants to take responsibility. If someone would have just wanted to apply kindness and customer service. I wouldn't be writing this review. Get your act together Toppers!!

I am a very THIN crust with lite toppings pizza eater due to the fact I hate to be chewing a lot of bread that weighs down my stomach after a few pcs. This is fast...good sauce flavor hot and about as thin as paper if you order it that way. I stop to get a sm 10in and sit in the window with enough that I don't need to bother for awhile. Although I do have usual nite out Puzza favorites.

Used to have constant bad orders from this location and it forced us to stop coming here, even from getting toppers at all. Recently we've been coming again and almost every order has been spot on and delicious. This last order made by Olivia however was hands down the best order made from toppers we've ever had. Extra sauce was spot on. The cook and toppings was spot on. It was so good that the moment I opened the box we were like omg... it just had that look. Needless to say it was gone before I could grab the picture of it lol!!! Way to go Olivia!!! You definitely know how to make a pizza! I hope you're there anytime we order!!!

I went to this location today and when I pulled up it was difficult to park because of the snow however it would have been easier if the delivery car was not parked diagonally in two parking spaces, sitting in the car and smoking a cigarette. I was trying to respect the local shops as the space to my right was signed for another store that I was not shopping at. I walked in and when I was greeted I told him his delivery driver was parked in two spaces and it was difficult to park and his response was given with a bad attitude saying because the plow drivers are bad at plowing. He asked me if I was picking up food, I said yes then he replied okay your name is Felicia right! Really now after being rude he is belittling me. I started to get angry with him and asked him who I can contact above him and he said sorry Felicia your going to have to wait I have a pizza to take out of the oven. At this point I didn't want the food or to be there I was very disrespected but I already paid online. The driver came in and had no idea what was going on so she gave me my food and the name of this employee so I could contact someone above him. The pizza was a little over cooked and the service was absolutely horrid.

First of all, I love toppers food. I will never order delivery or from this location again because they can't get my address right and deliver to my neighbors. When they make the mistakes their customer service is poor and will say "it's not their fault" and "there's nothing they can do." My recommendation is do not order from this location.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had and I am from Chicago area!! Had the Wisconsin curd and bacon hand tossed pizza!! Definitely a A++ if your in town and want a pizza they are delicious!!! No pic we devoured it lol
