My husband and I have been planning a week long trip for over a year and this is the first hotel during our travels. We chose this location based on wanting to go to the Mars Cheese Castle and National Mustard Museum. We probably could have traveled further on our first day, but we decided to keep it on the slow side to enjoy things along the way. Small rooms, but we didn't need much. Clean bathrooms, though I had trouble getting the conditioner out of the bottle. Employees were friendly when we asked for extra towels. Breakfast wasn't great, there weren't many options, only 2 out of 4 cereal containers were full, only 3 out of 6 hot containers were being utilized, and the eggs were discolored gray in areas. I ended up just having a bagel because that was all that looked good. Overall it was ok. It gave us a place to sleep, but I would skip breakfast if I came back.

If I could do 1/2 star I would. We left at 11:15 PM and went to a different hotel. Room was dirty and smelled musty Very noisy neighbors and the front desk staff did not care. Surely there is a noise policy. They then criticized us for leaving rather than changing rooms. Much safer paying more. Don't fall for their great prices. You get what you pay for

Very outdated hotel. Looks nice on the outside and the main lobby. The hallways, elevator, and room was dirty. There was ants in the bathroom. holes in the curtains and the freezer in the fridge was broken. Originally booked this hotel for the Pool, but unfortunately when i checked in they said it was out of order. Will not be returning.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I arrived to check in and the front desk worker was chasing a homeless man out of the lobby. The entire building smelled like skunk weed. My bed was riddled with stains. I FOUND SOILED UNDERWEAR IN THE STAIRCASE. I literally heard a woman screaming in pain "GET OFF ME OR I SWEAR I'LL KILL YOU!" through the wall of my room. This hotel is not safe. To make matters worse, the hotel allowed me to cancel my booking but lied to the 3rd party booking service saying that I stayed in the room the entire week. Now I can't get a refund. Shady managers create shady locations. Do yourself, and anyone you might bring, a favor and stay FAR away from this god forsaken hotel.

This hotel needs to be exposed!!! I feel the hotel may try and get this removed- This is a UNSAFE hotel full of hacking phones and deleting pictures to giving multiple keys for rooms where anyone can just walk into your room. From the beginning it was bad the charged my card before getting there which they called a "hold". I was told to swipe my card so that I could pay with it-whatever-So we get keys my wife and I, we go to our room and end up opening the door to two men in our room, my wife was so scared she went to get the manager. The manager had given us keys to someone else's room meaning they could get in and so could we-how safe is that? Once "upgrading" us to a new room which was the same one we reserved ugh. We took the room thinking it would be ok but we quickly locked the door, of course. We found the room as if someone was staying there. There were half empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner, there was poop on the wall, throw up stains on the bed, hand prints above the bed, dirt and crust in all corners, 1 roll of toilet paper, a tv that you can only use Netflix or get only 6 channels, the shower just nasty, the toilet moved around like you were on a cruise, broken gym equipment, water all over the gym, pool so chlorinated it gave me a headache!! police in the morning because of theft, property located in section 8 housing area, no staff present ever! Parking lot not secure I can fill this whole page but I won't. Please do not stay here! Red flagggsss just don't go they erased photos of my actual phone, the evidence.... so what's that say and I only stayed 1 night....

This isn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, but not the greatest either, and for a few reasons. Let's start with the decent things.. the front desk girl that was working Friday night around the time we checked in, which was about 7pmish on Friday, 1-20-23, was really friendly and kind, and seemed to actually care. We got our keys and headed up to the room. It was a nice ambience when you first walk into the hotel, very modern. The room we stayed in, 330, was a decent room. I loved the LED lights that extended across the back wall, from the far end left side of the wall, to the right above the bed. The TV on the wall was really nice, and the beds were SUPER comfortable, I want to know the brand name of the mattress! Glad there was a fridge and microwave in the room too. It was big and spacious. Now here are the not so good things. For starters, we had a LOT of stuff to carry in. There were no carts available, but I guess that is what happens when you have a decent sized hotel and only one freaking cart...WHY only one cart????!! I asked for extra towels and pillows, and I did NOT get them! Not to mention, why did the bed only have 2 pillows??!! I seriously laughed when I saw that. You have a room that can accommodate up to 4 people, and you have 2 pillows? Anyways, the bed should have had 4 pillows, as it is pictured on your website. Whoever used the cart, kept it in their room the entire time until we checked out today. If you're only going to be cheap and buy one cart, at least have a system where the guest signs in and signs out the cart, and it should only be a 15 minute limit! Besides that, the keys constantly didn't work, and I had to go down to the desk 3 times because it kept showing up red. Finally, the guy working days at the desk on Saturday fixed it, also, he was very nice too! Friday night there were a bunch of girls hanging out on the outside of the room at the vending machines being loud, but they went away quickly. I asked how old the hotel was and was told 2 years. 2 years and the walls look the way they do? Scrapes, etc..looked like a hotel being used for displaced people. Very tattered and not handled with care. It's pretty dumb to have only one ice machine and it's on the first floor?! The toilets are low AF. I'm 6'5 and felt like I was about to put my legs behind my head. Yes, I've stayed in plenty of hotels and the toilets were a decent height. The bathroom was SMALL, but what made it feel like this was how the door opened and how close the toilet was to the door. You had to shimmy in, then close the door. Poor choice for a door, and maybe you should consider a sliding farm door for better access and ease? That design is just dumb for that size. Saturday night, there were kids running upstairs on the 4th floor for at least a couple of hours or longer. It was ANNOYING!!! I went up there, and the outside of the rooms wreaked of weed, of course, I'm not surprised. Called down and the girl at the desk claimed she was going to go up there, but I'm sure she never did. I called the hotel going down on the elevator, the phone was ringing, and she wasn't answering it cause it seemed as if her cell phone was more important. Her eyes were super red and look like she smoked a doobie boobie before work, etc, also, she looked like that as we were leaving. The hotel to be so modern, was VERY sketchy. It was hard to rest because of loud people, and it seemed like no one cared to stop it either. Paying that much money to not get treated well is baffling. I used to be a manager in a hotel, and I'm trying to figure out what is going on there? Also, why doesn't your vending machine upstairs have any diet soda? It's all regular...just a side note of something you need to change for that... A lot of things need to be worked on to make this better. This was not a good experience, and I feel like this was our first and last stay. The girl at the desk this morning when we checked out Sunday 1-22-23, didn't even bother to ask how our stay was, and I thought that this was hospitality? We couldn't even get asked about our stay...you ALWAYS need to ask that. There were so many sketchy people, it was beyond belief, weed, and even a cop showed up. Everything I mentioned besides the decent things was from the poor or negative things that was experienced in your hotel. Things need to change at this hotel! Also, all of your employees need to wear representation of your hotel, or at least something nice. The girls at the desk checking in need to where something nicer. The one that I'm sure was training the other one wasn't friendly...forgot to add that part. She didn't even acknowledge our existence. I hope things get better for your establishment, but we will not be back.

Filthy. Do not stay here. Entry reeks of weed. The building/rooms smell of sour dirty feet. Hair in shower. Back of bathroom door looks like puke all over it. Bathroom stuff all over walls. Corner of shower had orange sludge stuff. Walls are filthy in room & in hallways. Crumbs all over hallways.
