Noodles & Company is a solid staple of some fast-casual comfort carbs. The flavors can sometimes be 'watered-down' with the Asian cuisine so I try to steer clear from those. I usually ask for extra things which probably annoyed the servers, but they are always super nice about it. My go-to's are the Buttered Noodles (extra seasoning on the side and lots of sriracha), Penna Rosa (extra sauce, extra tomatoes/spinach), and the Pesto Cavatappi. The grilled chicken goes well with any of these or sometimes I go for the shrimp to change things up a bit. One time, I tried their healthy items with the zucchini noodles and unfortunately, it wasn't working for me. I make zucchini noodles at home, but these were a little for me. A little too soggy and was missing the crunch. It was so wet, I think that the sauce kind of separated from their elements too so it was this weird, soggy mixture. Maybe not all sauces will mix well with the noodles... will have to keep experimenting. Specifically, at this location, the staff is really friendly. There are times when my order is off, but they are super nice to correct it right away.

Food was okay. EVERY single time i order something, they forget something. I ordered my meal with chicken and used my points. They forgot the chicken and now i lost points. This is the 6th time. This place is unreliable.

Noodles & Company used to be our go-to place, with great service, chill atmosphere, and our favorites: their Mac & Cheese, Pesto Cavatappi, and Penne Rosa. Recently they've had a complete revamp of their menu and we were NOT impressed. Penne Rosa is now Rigatoni Rosa with different sauce and tomatoes, the pesto tastes different and so does the Mac - so different that we will never order them again as it reminds me of someone on Pintrest trying to remake Noodles&Co classics. The only things that have not changed, that we may order, are their rice crispie bars & fountain drinks. So disappointing.

I use to work here in college. We raved about it and my kids grew up on it. Now we only go once in a blue moon for the nostalgia certainly not for the food. Every time, every location so sad. The Japanese pan use to be spicy with the sauce caramelized to the noodle . Now bland and squishy. The pesto cavatappi now has cheap Parmesan on top, raw broccoli and no pesto flavor,just color and a hint of cream .the shrimp barely heated it use to be cooked in the wok and you knew it! Is it steamed now? The only things I'll get now are the med salad and the pot stickers, but they are not pot stickers anymore. They are dumplings as they never have the searing on the sides anymore. This is what happens when you think of the money and forget the quality.

Lots of parking, that's very nice. Right on university ave, good location. I've always liked Noodles. This location was fast, the food was hot and exactly what we came here for. My fiancé got the Alfredo MontAmore and I indulged like a true fat person with Buffalo Mac n cheese with extra cheese. I feel fat as hell now but it was so worth it. Try substituting any noodles for zucchini noodles, they are great and I usually do that to save on carbs but today was Mac day. Cookies are GET YOU SOME!

Menu description: "Cheesy Garlic Bread - Parmesan and garlic butter melted over toasted ciabatta bread with Italian seasonings and marinara sauce." I got untoasted bread with just melted cheese. That's not the same as the menu item description so this is a serious zero star epic fail situation. Do not go here at any cost.

if you want to eat here, I would strongly recommend paying in card or just new bills. I was eating here today with a small group of friends while we were on a school field trip and I paid with a 20 dollar bill that was about 26 years old. The cashier accused me of it being counterfeit with the only accusation of it being old and she hasn't seen one before. She took the bill and ran off to whom I assume was her supervisor, guess he has neither seen an 26 year old 20 dollar bill. I called both of them out, and the supervisor just blamed it on the system???? The supervisor then proceeded to follow my friends and I around the restaurant until we found a table. I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received today, I came here to get noodles and not to be accused of having counterfeit money!

This restaurant was amazing, the food was great and delivers fast. But the workers really need to go to music school because the music was really bad, but the food was good so I am rating Noodles and Company 5 stars. (My 9 y.o.)

I feel like the Noodles chain has fallen off on the whole since I frequented them in the early 2000s, but this location seems to be taking a little more care than some of the other outposts around Madison. First, the dining room was pretty clean. There weren't dirty dishes on half the tables and trash piling up. Second, the food runner was pleasant and smiled and greeted us when bringing over our order. Third, it is here that I discovered the wonder of the kids meal. For $5, you can get a small mac & cheese. Or, for $5.50, you can get a small mac & cheese, two sides, and a drink under the guise of a kid's meal. For the sides, you have your choice of applesauce, pineapple, broccoli, or a kid's crispy. I decided to get the broccoli and the kid's crispy. I was surprised that the broccoli appeared to be freshly steamed (it still had texture and wasn't just mush like frozen broccoli). I was also surprised/pleased to find that the kid's crispy is just a regular rice crispy treat triangle, which is plenty for two people to share. I don't know if that's the norm, or they didn't have any kid-sized ones left, or they were just being nice because I am clearly an adult, but either way it was great deal. In general, Noodles doesn't have me clamoring to go back for more, but when I do find myself there I'll likely roll with one of the kid's meals again.

I came in super late after a shift, 10 Minutes until close, and they were very kind! They made my order despite the super late time. The product was not that good, but it was late.
