Panera has a fairly decent selection of food and a good amount of option did tea, coffee and soda. Most definitely a good place to go for a quick bite. Honestly being a part of the sip club, makes me come to Panera lot more often then I would normally venture to, but the quality of food or drinks always seem mediocre at best sometimes. I wish the coffee was a bit more flavorful and not taste so diluted or watered down. The bagels also just seem decent and aren't the best I've had. Pastries such as a cookies and muffins are alright. Overall, the experience of eating at a Panera is just fast casual and isn't the worst experience, and the service is decent overall. Place is okay.

4.5 rating. Certain items were not given, but it was minor (missing straw and one item was given late.) Food came out extremely fast, customer service was pretty good but a little too relaxed. I said thank you but it didint seem like they cared (would you if you were a college student in Madison trying to make a buck at your Panera bread lol?). Alright business, they need an exit/entrance door. It's annoying having to open the door for others just to get out. And Covid. Figure it out Panera, 2 doors are nice. Great food and great time.

Nobody at counter to take my breakfast order , had to use the touchpad and they didn't have my chai tea as an option .... So I just got coffee and bacon egg on chibatta $10?!??? It was soooooo small ? And they wanted a tip when nobody took my order ? Food on the floor at 9 am and dirty tables? Can't believe how far downhill this has gone. Should have had McD's

I usually order food from here and the sandwiches came soggy, smushed, and dry. There was also no coffee options at all. As well as no options of eggs. It was just scrambled. The pumpkin muffins was the only good thing. Very dissatisfied with Panera especially at this location.

Three tables outside on a nice day was perfect for this Panera. Everything was done in a timely manner. You're required to order your food at a Koski.

Okay, normally I like Panera in general... I'm always a bit confused by their menu - but usually have a good experience. But this place was crashing today. Came in for lunch and immediately greeted by a line and some weird smell. Kinda like the burnt something bad. Cashier was nice - I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and my wife and I both got the French onion soup (I know - doesn't go with Buffalo but WTH). Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Probably took 15 minutes or more to get our food. During this time we looked for a table. The place was trashed - very dirty and our shoes were sticking to the floor. (Okay, maybe they had a big messy lunch rush before us). We fine got our 'dine in' food in a bag... and really not impressed. My sandwich was huge and the bread was good (best I can say) but it really was mushy and tasteless. Most of the cheese melted off onto the paper. The soup was a bigger disappointment. It was just a bowl of onion and broth - very little bread and no cheese on top? That's not French onion, that's just onion. It tasted okay for just onion and broth - but for the prices they charge it should be better. A sign on the door says they are having staffing issues - and it shows. Hopefully they will turn things around soon.

The tea bar was fully stocked and the service was really attentive. We only got a drink and dessert but the kitchen sink cookie looks really good. The place was clean and there was plenty of staff to help you. I'll come back here for sure. The parking lot is nice, clean, and safely set away from the road. The store has plenty of seating. The experience is consistent with what you would expect from Panera.

Decent food, surprisingly fast, but ridiculously priced - Panera, when did you jack up your prices?! Ordered the Pick Two (Roasted Turkey, Apple, and Cheddar Flatbread + Mac & Cheese) and my total was almost $11 for half a sandwich and a small bowl of macaroni & cheese. Super bummed about this, but I'll let the rest of the review focus on the food and service. Service: Really nice actually. I came in at a pretty busy time but barely had to wait in the line. My food came out in about 5 minutes, was delivered to my table, and as I was leaving with my tray, another worker came and took it out of my hands and told me to have a great day (which was AWESOME because let's be real, trying to slide the trash off of the tray into the garbage can is never fun). Felt super impressed by the friendliness and calm environment of this Panera overall. Food: Roasted Turkey, Apple, and Cheddar Flatbread: Eh. I guess I didn't expect my sandwich to be swimming in coleslaw (my bad for not reading the small print). I also incorrectly assumed it would be sliced turkey, but it was more of a chicken salad sort of texture, which threw me off. Like others have said before me, the bread was a little too small for what was trying to fit inside and every bite I took I was struggling not to look like it was my first time eating a sandwich ever (coleslaw was actually dripping everywhere). Mediocre taste, pretty rough experience. Macaroni & Cheese: Panera totally redeems itself with their mac & cheese. They use shelled pasta and the cheese is so creamy and abundant - so amazing. It comes out at the perfect temperature and maybe it's just a me thing, but dipping my potato chips into the extra cheese sauce was actually heavenly. Highly recommend. Probably wouldn't come back to eat another entire meal here, because there are better places to go for the price you pay. Panera does have an awesome bakery section and great drinks though so if you're not a not a stingy college student like me, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by to treat yo'self.

My chicken sandwich with avocado...workers all seemed in a bad mood. Not much chicken and even less avocado. Very disappointed since it had good flavor. Great location and got the food pretty quick just a little expensive for a veggie sandwich

This my local Panera Bread. It's a nice place to get a soup, salad, and a sandwich. They now deliver to my office but the last few times I have ordered, I have ate in the store. They have changed their mode of operation. It's more service driven. You still order from the counter (or phone app or computer stations.). But the food is delivered to your table and the servers ask if they can bring anything else for you. I have had my friend ask for extra napkins and the staff has returned to our table with the napkins. Tipping at the table is not done but you can drop a tip off at the front counter. it's not expected but if the servers are doing a good job, I don't mind at all. If you sign up for the rewards program, you can be up for discounts and free items. I have been going frequently in November so I get a coupon for a free pick two. In October, I got a free bagel every time I ordered. So it is worth signing up for that free rewards program.
