We stayed at this hotel 9/13 - 9/14. We brought our dog. We were very happy with our stay. Nice, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice TV. The pool and hot tub were luxurious. The continual breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh apples, cereal, juice, assorted breads (bagels, muffins, toast) and coffee. Highly recommend this hotel! ( And Rocky Roccoco is right next door for great pizza!

Nothing fancy but a good night's rest. This is my third review over time - our group wanted a hot tub and this hotel had one. After booking the I saw recent one-star Yelp reviews so we went to our room prepared to leave if things were bad but stayed as everything was clean. Also no overfilled trash can or cigarette butts outside main entrance from last stay so maybe managers read these reviews! TripAdvisor shows 4.0 rating which seems a little high but this hotel is making an effort. Mid-week, 6p. Check-in: fast, friendly enough Hallways: not perfect, a vacuuming would make perfect. Room: furniture a little dated, smaller bathroom but clean. New sink. Pool: hot tub worked. Clean, towels. Breakfast: small but has basics. First time I've seen a DIY 'omelet' griddle - worked well.

I accidently booked the wrong night after learning my mom had just died and they didnt help in anyway. I recieved no money back and never got to stay in that room. The were cold and that was a really hard time for me

For a super 8 to have a pool and a whirlpool is very nice. I have booked this hotel for visiting friends. Staff is very nice. I think it's a great budget hotel. Madison is not an inexpensive place to stay.

Three stars because the room seemed fairly clean. Otherwise probably 2 stars. As a Super 8 is, it is basic. Yet it does have a pool, hot tub (didn't go in that area) and small workout room. The elliptical and bike didn't work. Dead batteries. The treadmill plugs in so I used that. The hallways needed vacuuming and outside the side door were a zillion cigarette butts. No garbage can. Behind the building is a bunch of blown garbage and a few popped out screens. Breakfast area fairly clean. I think they water down the waffle mix because it seemed very thin compared to other hotels. But edible. No butter either. Potatoes and what o think were warm boiled eggs. Did not even attempt to eat them. For $50 it was doable. I probably wouldn't stay there again. I think there are better low budget places.

The super 8 by Wyndham at 1602 west beltline highway Madison Wisconsin my girlfriend Debbie Minshall and I had went there on July 15 2023 around 3 or 4 pm and mu girlfriend Debbie Minshall had a hotel room reserved for her and I through Priceline and she had the room booked about a week in advance and after my girlfriend Debbie Minshall and I walked in to the super 8 motel to get the room card keys for our hotel room the guy at the front desk refused to release the room card keys to me and my girlfriend Debbie Minshall and claimed that her and I had caused problems at the comfort in and suites at 3510 Millpond road. Apparently the manager at comfort inn and suites had fabricated a LIE saying that my girlfriend Debbie Minshall and I had caused problems and what had happened that less then a block away from the comfort inn and suites I had gotten into a single vehicle accident with my girlfriend's car and I limped the car to the parking lot of the comfort inn and suites where my girlfriend and I was going to be checking out of the comfort inn and suites and I had from the comfort inn and suites parking lot I had called the dane county sheriff to have a law enforcement police accident report made and that was because my girlfriend Debbie Minshall would have to have a police report on file in order to make a insurance policy claim on her car. Now at the super 8 motel as when my girlfriend Debbie Minshall was walking out to my car and her and I now was using my car because her car was not drivable and my girlfriend Debbie Minshall had gotten a incoming phone call from comfort inn and suites from the comfort inn and suites manager and he told my girlfriend Debbie Minshall that her and I was welcomed to come back to the comfort inn and suites and my girlfriend Debbie Minshall said that it was obvious that comfort inn and suites had purposely talked the super 8 motel to refuse her and I and it was a scam to try to get her and I back to the comfort inn and suites and that comfort and inn suites were only looking to make more money off of my girlfriend Debbie Minshall and I. My girlfriend Debbie Minshall and I did NOT go back to comfort inn and suites and her and I went to a totally different hotel and stayed there for about a week. Now the guy at super 8 motel he REFUSED to refund the money back to my girlfriend Debbie Minshall and he told her that they are going to be keeping her money. My girlfriend Debbie Minshall she called Priceline and her bank then after one week her money was finally returned back to her card. It's a shame that hotels are deceitful and will do anything to get your money.

This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in my life. The rooms were extremely outdated and dirty. Housekeeping seems to be asleep at the wheel -- nothing feels clean here. The hallway carpets are stained and have debris from the ceiling which seems to be falling in. The linens have cigarette burns and are old and faded. The rooms and hallways smell stale with a prevalent scent of febreeze, used in an effort to hide what is truly a filthy environment. I spent 4 unbearable nights here only because it was parents weekend at the university and everything else was sold out! This place should be leveled and rebuilt as it is a rather convenient location. Sickening.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS Please Head Reviews! Sickening experience Dried urine on base toilet Blood, public hairs and hairs in one of the beds (I took the bed apart and folded the top sheet in half and slept between it.) Looked like fecal matter smeared on the back of the chair in the room Black hairs stuck on wall next to cloths hook in the bathroom. Dirty/used towel put back in towels to be used by us. Debrie on floor and in chair. I have pictures of it ALL!!!!!!! Spoke to the manager the next morning and We were told they would "deep clean" our room while we were out. Came back that evening to the SAME exact situation. Spoke to front desk and she was very condescending. I asked for the manager and was told he wouldn't be in until monday morning. After discussing the matter with her​, she then clained to be the manager. We were eventually moved to another room on the Far side of the hotel that was not much better, on the way being told how their housekeeping does a very fine job. The beds were clean and that's about it. We talked to SEVERAL others at breakfast Sunday morning and they stated their rooms we not clean either. I called and talked to the manager again on Monday and he had the nerve to tell me he was in the room when they cleaned it and there was nothing he was going to do. I could post the second set of pictures taken that night, but they would be the same as previous ones. VERY DIRTY and DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT! WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THUS HOTEL AGAIN!

I usually don't write reviews, but this place is honestly a safety and health risk. Where do I even start... my room (136) smelled musty & moldy. The water was brown in both the toilet and sink/shower, despite running it for several minutes. The chair in the room was stained with filth. The fridge did not work. The ceiling tiles were stained with water damage, and likely mold, in both my room and throughout the hallways. There was no mention of construction at the property at time of booking, yet the entire front entrance was a mess and not properly blocked off from guests entering/exiting the front entrance. To top it off, there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Overall, this place is a disaster and I will not stay here again, nor recommend to others.

Disgusting switched rooms twice, they smelled like someone just dumped bleach in the rooms. Where breakfast was to be available, there was crude on tables, counters since this morning. Ice machine didn't work and was rusty. I didn't even look at pool area too scared. Pictures they have posted are all wrong must have been taken at another hotel. can't believe Wyndham would have their name connected with this place. Ending up not staying going to another place ​
