Ok. First off, good job having 24/7 support with no management on duty to help with non-native English speaking people. Ha! Talk about a waste of my time trying to explain that the cat dealer already took care of my registration. I even sent the paperwork the dealership sent me with the information circled in blue and red. Still the people on the other end, do not understand! It's sad that I'm desperate looking for work and Uber is employing people who don't know what they're doing. Everyone in the USA knows that the dealership takes care of registration and insurance! So why is it so hard to understand??? Maybe it will be easier to employ people with English as a first language . So frustrating!!!

This is for UBER EATs. I usually don't leave negative reviews but I want to share my experience. I've been traveling outside the country for 3 months and now I am back in the states but Uber has still charged me Uber eats membership as if I was still in Europe. I wanted a refund so I can re purchase the membership in the states but they won't refund me. I've paid thousands on this platform and they won't honor the refund. Not to also mention Ubers fees are outrageous and many people are noticing it and are leaving the platform. Great job people , take back your power and Uber will be forced to change there business model!

We are commotted to treating others with dignity and respect in spite of the fact that too many morning Madison Uber drivers arrive in a bad mood when they pick you up. Don't bother rating, though, because you will get an email from Uber stating that your account may be suspended. So, just let the crabby driver be mean to you and beware that if you rate them, then you will get an email from Uber stating that your account is going to be suspended because YOU need help interacting with drivers. Wait, what?? We guess that the driver's rating of us, to whom they provide a service, is more important than your rating of them - even when a large proportion have bad attitudes! Glad the other service is not like this at all!

This is to correct a grievous error in my review of Uber on 9/10/2024. In it I said that the ride never showed up. After checking my reservation, I saw that I had erroneously scheduled it for PM instead of AM. This was only my second Uber experience and I must be on a senior learning curve. Please disregard my previous review.

had the worst experience experience today with uber to the point I will never use them again. I requested uber to pick up my son for 1:30 p.m.,I placed the requested the pick up around 6:30 a.m. instead of someone calling me, I received an email at 1:14 p.m. that the pick up was canceled and charged $4.00 for the cancellation. I never received an email stating why it was canceled just a receipt stating it was canceled. The email was sent at 1:14 p.m. the pick up was scheduled for 1:30 p.m., no one could call me oh wait there is no phone number to call and try to get this resolved. Needless to say my son missed his flight but on the bright side, I did request a refund for the 4.00 and received it as a uber credit. After explaining to uber through the website I told them I will never use the company again the credit was sent to my PayPal account. Horrible !!!

UBER EATS::: I ordered $65 worth of BBQ from Famous Dave's in Madison, WI off Park St @ 4:30pm. I watched the delivery time go from 5:40pm to 6:15pm to about 6:40pm. I called the restaurant thinking it was them that needed the time to get the order ready. Come to find out my food had been waiting ready for an hour and apparently the driver had just walked in which at this time it had been about 1hr & 30mins. I then called Uber eats and spoke with a representative. I demanded my money be returned as well as the food to be delivered. Her response was, "No No sorry we can't do that." She told me that it was because there was no driver in the area. I then relayed that is not my fault when you guys see that an order has been placed from this restaurant and a delivery order has been placed. A driver should have been sent out instead of making the customer wait for food to be delivered. She continued to argue with me. At this point I asked to speak with a manager. She asked, "Why?" Then stated that the manager was just going to tell me the same thing, she was extremely rude and very impolite, unprofessional and unapologetic. I finally was transferred to a manger in which we had to explain ourselves again. The best he was willing to do was half off our food or a complete refund without delivery. At this point I cancelled my entire order got my full refund and in turn gave in and just got dressed and went to the restaurant and took my wife out for dinner. We just moved to the area and were also unfamiliar with the area, we were also unpacking, as well as starting new jobs. Trying to kill two birds with one stone was not gonna happen with having food delivered thru Uber Eats. We in the past have used Grubhub and DoorDash and when we had these similar problems they satisfied the customer with service and gave a full refund and still delivered your order. Or they remade the order and redelivered your food hot and fresh. I will never use Uber Eats again and they have a long way to go in learning what customer service is and how to treat there clientele. Just like Lyft is better to ride with Uber hires unprofessional people and they DO NOT CARE about there customers!!!!

Love the fact I can tap my phone or ask Sri for a ride. It's so convenient. I like there is no exchange of money, everything is taken care of on the uber app. You don't have to tip but I do especially for short trips. The drivers have always been polite and professional. They always pick me up in minutes and drop me off in a safe location. It's nice to see a picture of the driver and description of the car. I feel safer, they have my info and I have theirs. I will continue to use them, you can't beat the price.

Uber doesn't recognize the existence of the Madison Senior Center, at 330 W. Mifflin St., but it does recognize the "Metropolitan Coffee and Wine Shop" at 334 W. Mifflin, a business that hasn't existed for at least five years. My drivers keep going to the wrong pickup address and there is no way to tell Uber in advance that their data is outdated/incomplete - - - AND - - - no way to change the pickup address to the correct address because the correct address is nonexistent in Uber's data base.
