My daughter & I booked this tour in Milwaukee. Greg was our guide. Greg was a fantastic storyteller and knew a lot of historical details about the people and places on the tour. It was fun and something different to do for an evening. The tour started on time and the guide sent a text giving us details about our meeting location. He also told us what to look for so that we knew it was the correct person as our guide. We appreciated that a lot as single women in an unfamiliar city. We didn't sign up for the extended tour because we had to be somewhere else but wish we had. The standard tour is plenty of fun but we are paranormal enthusiasts and Greg had us wanting more stories! We highly recommend taking this tour!

This place is a scam. I booked a tour the day after the Republican Convention. I get a text on the day saying they had to reschedule due to street closures because of the Republican National Convention (it was over and the RNC was announced months ago, don't book for that week). I rescheduled for the next day. I arrived at the place and searched for the group. I get a text about 10 minutes before start time that the guide had an "emergency" and they would be happy to reschedule me. This place looks legitimate but with the unprofessionalism and the last minute cancelations I think it is a scam.

Booked the tour, and the guide never showed up. I would say choose a different company that is more reliable. We received a refund, but wasted about 30 minutes trying to contact the company and find the guide.

Jennifer, our ghost guide was knowledgably and humorous with her tour. Her communication was excellent, as we weren't sure where the Market place was! Even tho it was sooo cold during our tour, she remained cheery with her ghostly tales, and it wasn't too long of a tour, just the right amount of time! Highly recommend this tour. Affordable and well worth it!
