I chose this hotel only for the reason it's very close to the airport and I had a 5:30 AM departure. I chose it off the Marriott Bonvoy app so I figured it had to fairly descent. Well that was a stupid mistake on my part and I should have looked at the Yelp reviews first. The unkempt landscape, homeless guy sleeping on the yard and hood rats walking around were my first clue I was in for a real treat. The lobby is actually okay looking and was clean. The "restaurant" in the basement was a ghost town and the menu is nothing but deep fried garbage food. The room is stanky and not too clean. The shower wouldn't drain so I lifted the stopper and you wouldn't believe what I found..:see my photograph. This place should have seen the wrecking ball in 1991.

Chose the hotel due to proximity to the airport, yes it is very close Chose it because I could use points, it is part of Marriott What I did not expect (in particular being an airport hotel) nor was I ever informed (slight courtesy due to customers) is that there was a wedding going on and the music and other noise could be heard throughout the hotel. I needed to get up at 3:15am for my flight and the noise didn't subside til after midnight!! I should be refunded my points and then some, still waiting.

Let me start off by saying the location to airport and the front desk staff are great. That's where the positive comments end. The hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. When I think of a Sheraton property I think of 4 plus star properties. This hotel is not that. The room was extremely small. The property has base board heating that can't be adjusted so our room was 90 degrees when we got to our room. Luckily I was able to get the window to open so I could cool the room down. I tried to turn the air conditioner on which is just a trough the wall unit. It was so loud I thought it would wake up people in other parts of the hotel. They gave us a pass for breakfast that said 7 till 10. We went down and 9:40 and it was closed and cleaned up. I went to the front desk and they said they are only open till 9:30. I showed her the ticket that says they are open till 10 am. All I got was a sorry about that. Until this property gets a complete remodel do yourself a favor and stay clear.

Being from Milwaukee area I know the parts of the city I will and will not stay near. This hotel is straight across from the airport, which is a dream. Staff was friendly. The room itself is a different matter. We had 2 refrigerators in our room. One wasn't plugged in, just sitting on the floor. A/C unit had problems staying on to keep the room cool. Front desk told us to just remove the unsecured cage around it so we can change the settings. The sheets and pillows were in desperate need of being replaced. I joke when I use the term "pillow" because what we had loosely resembled a pillow. The sheets were scratchy and the fabric was so old it was pilled. Very hard to sleep. We took our trip 3 weeks ago and I still have not stopped scratching my arms from whatever I picked up from the sheets.

Buckle up. Positives first: great location, comfortable beds, tolietries in the shower, free parking. Negatives: the room was musty, there was hair all over the bed spread/shower, our towels were stained We called at 6pm, prior to our reservation to see if early check in was available. We were told to call back in the morning. I called back at 7am the day of our reservation and was told we would be able to check in by 12pm. I called at 11:30am to confirm this was still the case, I was told they never guaranteed an early check in and one would not be available. Basically told I was lying and no one ever told me that. I called customer service who told me my best bet was to "sit in the lobby" and an employee telling me our room would be ready was not a customer service issue, but an operations issue. After driving 6.5 hours to be told our room wouldn't be ready. We ended up calling again and magically something was ready but it was a lot of undue stress, in a city we'd never been to and a lot of rude customer service agents.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the showers water pressure was great. The overall room and building need a huge makeover. I was there on a Friday night and the attached restaurant that featured a fish fry was deserted. I ordered a couple of appetizers that were plentiful but awful. If you are desperate to find a place to sleep close to the airport with a free shuttle and not hard on your wallet this is your place.

If I could give them a 0 I would! So, just checked in to this Hotel and already having problems. The bathroom was not fully stocked for towels(so had to ask desk to bring it, then they brought the wrong ones). Second a huge stain on one of the chairs. The next was the TV remote is not working and they said they have no maintenance person. All they need to do is change the batteries and they could not handle it. They offered to change rooms for us but we got all unpacked already. Do not come to this hotel. Room price was $172.09 a night!

Nicest Four Points I've ever stayed at. Large lobby and check in area. Indoor pool on main level. They have a little snack toiletry shop at the hotel. There is a atm too. Super friendly staff at check in. Shuttle driver was so nice. I'm a fan.

If you are looking for a hotel in Milwaukee, or one close to the air port, please skip this place at all cost. The hotel knowingly put me in a room without heat and when I asked the hotel staff about it, they loved me to another room which, again, did it have any heat. Finally I was moved to the second floor (I had to pack and repack twice). All of this within the first 2 days. Finally on the 3rd day the fire alarm went off for hours without notice or reason (the building was not on fire), but managed to keep me up all night making me late and tired the next day for a conference I was in town for. The food is mediocre at best and there's no room service so you have to get up from your bed and go down to the basement to get your food after placing your order over the phone. Lastly, some of the staff at the desk are miserable at their job and it shows in their lack of enthusiasm and nonchalant way in responding to guests concerns (for example, no heat). For a few dollars more you can stay at a better hotel, with better service and yes... Heat! Also, the rooms do not have a mini fridge or a microwave (basic for hotels like this), instead you have to heat up your food in the dirty microwave downstairs in front of the front desk. Skip it, you've been warned.

The lobby and the room were very clean and smelled great. There was a man standing in the lobby that offered us such great info. He worked at the hotel and was SO KIND, SO FRIENDLY. We were staying one night to attend Summer Fest. He told us about the shuttle to Jersey's Bar and the shuttle to pick us up from Summer Fest back to Jersey's, then call the hotel for a shuttle back to the hotel. Totally free, just tip. The beds are so comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. Although it's right near the airport, I never heard a single plane. Thanks Mikwaukee, this is why I love this city. We met a lot of kind people.
