Ask for the manager because I had a issue to pick up a sandwich for delivery in which he the manager apparently sent out the sandwich with his driver but ask mobile delivery service to pick up and sent out wasting all our time and gas wen he has driver on standby or hit cancel on the order very unprofessional on his part there were multiple driver waiting around for the same sandwich not the brightest person to run a store wasting the good people time over his mistake shame on you we deliver to provide for our family not for you to be on games! So Stop being lazy and do your job that computer in the back not helping do any better.

Something happened over the last few yrs. We order Jimmy John's probably twice a month..... Lately let's say maybe the last year and a half. They either can't deliver because they don't have drivers. Or your sub takes 3 hours. This time it was an hour and 45 minutes and I gave them a call... the employee simply said "ummm the best I can do is refund you" So no subs and now it's 8 o'clock at night and must create a family meal instantly. An more acceptable answer would've been a refund and I'll get those out as soon as I can? I mean really anything besides the answer I got lol....just writing this to warn others it's really gone downhill. If you actually receive a sub it looks like a 6 yr old made it also. Good luck....but I'm done with JJ

I place a order and after about a hour I called in and they said it was on the way. (60 mins) online time I was told. After another hour I called and they said it was on the way, after another hour I called and they said they delivered it to my neighbor. I actually went over to make sure and they did not. I went to the store to complain and it was closed two hours early. Best the GM could do was give me what I ordered and laid for the next day. My kid and I did not get to eat until 8 when I ordered at 4:30. NEVER order from this location everyone was rude and lied.

I order sandwiches from this jimmy johns all the time, and they always make them perfectly but yesterday I pull up to the drive thru and I can see them talking/laughing while making my sandwiches with no mask. Definitely won't be going back to this location!

The WORST Jimmy John's location. Placed an order at 8:00am for delivery at 12:15pm. At 1:15pm, my order is still not even out for delivery. This is not the first time I have had a terrible experience, pickup and delivery, at location.

Have ordered from this location many times and they take forever to bring your food. One time we waited almost 2 hours with very rude employees every time we called. No apology for the wait, no offer of a discount, they could never give an answer as to where the food was or if it was ready/out for delivery etc. overall Jimmy Johns has good food but other locations are more worth your time.

I got a sub with turkey and cheese and when i got it, the cheese was hard, like it had been sitting out for a long time. same thing with the turkey, the edges of the turkey were dried up. Definitely will not order from again.

Freaky slow.... not just once but every time. And in general something small is always wrong with the order. Today is the fourth order from this particular store and it has been 51 minutes since placing the order for 2 sandwiches, not talking about feeding an entire office without advanced notice here. Called the store at 40 minutes and was told "any minute"... order just showed up (53 minutes) and the bag smells like smoke. Last order from this store!

At this point, and from the tone of your reply, I just seem to be spinning my wheels. You have not even touched on the ineptness of the employee, who at my request, failed to give a damn about giving me the full beverage I paid for. Three quarters of a cup is not a full cup. Perhaps I'm being petty, but it's the principle of this matter, I don't seem to be getting across. To reiterate, I was handed a drink 3/4 full. It was noticeably light. Upon seeing the level of it in the light, it was 3/4 full. I never should have been handed it in the first place. The employee should have gone to another machine, if available, to fill my soda. HE SHOULD HAVE CARED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST THAT MUCH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! After asking to fill my cup TWICE, then just handing it back to me, AND spilling it all over my hand and wrist, I HAD TO ASK FOR NAPKINS TO WIPE UP THE SPILL ! HE DIDN'T EVEN THINK TO OFFER ME THE NAPKINS TO CLEAN UP ! AND, HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR SPILLING MY DRINK ON ME ! To use the excuse the machine was just dispensing foam is inexcusable !

Ordered two subs and two chips online for delivery. Waited approximately 70 minutes for our food. I called twice; first call (almost 50 minutes), I was told it was on it's way, called again to cancel and was told they were behind with only one driver. Tuesday night busy??? Poor customer service.
