Ordered 2 famous bowls and a hot honey chicken sandwich. I got a regular chicken sandwich and one famous bowls through uber eats. Driver didnt check and they couldnt even get the fries right. I ordered fries and got wedges. I then called and the response I got was "we don't have anything, we about to close." Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. No wonder no one likes going here.

Tried to get some food from here last night. I preordered using the app. The app showed it was ready, and my CC showed a pending charge. I went to the drive thru and gave my name and that I was picking up a mobile order. They had me drive around. The cashier at the window asked to see my order. I showed it to her in the app and she told me to pull around to the front and they'd bring it out. I parked and waited. Fifteen minutes later I pulled up to the drive thru again asking about my order. They said they didn't have one for me. It wasn't in their screen so they couldn't do anything. They told me to call where I had ordered from, which I told them was this store. So. No offer to make things right even though they were demonstrably in the wrong. They never bothered to come out and tell me there was an issue and let me wait fifteen minutes. Crappy service.

People's standards for a fast food restaurant is insane.. lol.. I have been here MULTIPLE times and have never waited longer than 3-4 minutes for my food. The size and quality of EVERYTHING has gotten smaller at fast food restaurants, so I dont think giving a 1.5 star rating for the size of their products does any justice to the underlying issue. Everyone is super nice here, and they have never messed up an order for us. At the end of the day, this is FAST FOOD.. this place is not bad whatsoever!

I visited this location on Saturday, November 9th, 2024. I arrived at this location at 5:40 PM. There was 1 total car in the parking lot and 1 person ahead of me who had just ordered and was told to pull around. When i got to the order menu, I was told there would be a 3 minute wait on extra crispy chicken and a 10 minute wait on original. I told the woman taking my order that 3 minutes for extra crispy would be just fine, so i proceed with my order. 1 - 3piece meal combo w/ a Mountain Dew and 1 - famous bowl combo with a Dr. Pepper. My total came to $20.94 to which I paid in cash and told them to keep the $.06 aside for someone else who is short on change. I was handed my Dr. Pepper and was told to pull around. I had to tell the girl that I had a Mountain Dew as well and she made and handed to me. At 6:05 (now 15 minutes after ordering) I see someone walking out with a bag. She walked to my car, but realized it was for the other car waiting who was in front of me and walked it over to them and told me they'd be right back with my order....Now again, 15 minutes for a 3 minute wait on extra crispy chicken.....I proceeded to see 3 additional cars come, park, walk in and walk out with orders, all while I am still parked waiting for my order. At 6:15, I turned my car off to walk inside. 2 of the 3 doors were locked and when i got to the counter, the same girl who literally spoke to me outside 10 minutes earlier, asked what i'd like to order. As I was walking up, i heard someone murmur what sounded like "oh great, what does this white boy want" - which I found highly offensive as if that was the OTHER way around, I think that'd be a massive issue. Nevertheless, I told her that i thought she was going to be right back with my order 10 minutes ago, i have been parked sitting for 35 minutes for a 3 piece chicken meal that was supposed to be a 3 minute wait AND I've seen 3 other people come and go with food all while you're sitting here. Her only reply was "oh, don't beat us up over this". I never got a sorry, never got offered anything to compensate me for wasting a half hour sitting there, nothing. Just a super sloppily made famous bowl and 3 pieces of COLD chicken and mash potatoes with basically no gravy at all. The "manager" on duty's name was supposedly Linda...if I was given an accurate name. I am NOT Happy at all about this experience. This is the 2nd time this year I've had a horrible experience here. Earlier in spring, they refused to take any drive thru orders because they were "busy" ... Even though, there was only 2 parked cars in the parking lot.

No big complaints as KFC is what it is. Every item in my 2 piece combo seems smaller than in the past, but one goes to KFC for the taste of the 11 herbs & spices and that was spot on. Service while brusque was also fast as it should be in mid-afternoon.

Ok, this is 2nd time I've attempted to get original chicken from this location and apparently this location doesn't make original recipe. Of course my son goes agents the meal, than I open the bucket and low and behold I didn't get original. And no legs. It's an 8 piece, I should get everything. So the question is, does this location make original. I'm old school, if I want crispy chicken I go Popeyes. When you want original KFC chicken, well I guess they give you what they want I'm disappointed, because it's happened twice. Thank goodness, everything else I ordered was fine. The first time I had a problem with this KFC, they gave me two mashed potatoes, instead of a mashed potato and coleslaw instead. So I got a checkered past with this locale.

This place is horrible, possibly dangerous. I'm embarrassed that I waited 45 minutes for food that they never gave me. I drove through the Drive Thru twice to check and see if it was ready and they just told me to pull up. Eventually gave up and contacted corporate for a refund. Sad, but KFC's not worth wasting your life for. Also, they wear their masks on their chin, which is not how face masks work. The intercom speaker on the drive thru menu sounds like noisy garbage and the workers here don't try to care.

What does it say about this location that every review is one star? It means you shouldn't eat here - that's what it means. Alas, my husband has a great love for KFC and this is the only one near home, so I end up here once or twice per year. I'll say this for them - they're 100% consistent in: *Providing terrible service - they can't seem to get an order correct no matter how simple. Employees seem permanently stuck in "slow" mode and are generally indifferent at best, but mostly just plain rude. *Not understanding their own menu. More than once we've ordered something off the board and been charged a completely different (and higher) amount. Arguing/explaining does no good, as these employees have zero fucks to give. *Being consistently out of...well...everything. There has never been a time where they've actually HAD chicken ready. I mean, that's ALL they sell - yet they never have it. And there's never anyone in here, so I'm not sure what's up with that. Honestly, this place sucks - I have no idea how they're still open. My theory is that there's some Pollos Hermanos-type shit going on down in the basement.

The chicken was good. Mac and cheese was cold. Order missing a gravy. Biscuits were not fully cooked and doughy on the inside. Frustrating when you don't get your full order. The service/employees could be better.
