Date of visit: August 10, 2025 Holy bagel is this place busy on a Sunday morning! We came with some friends and the line was probably seven people deep, which seemed like a lot; but during our time here we observed the line being well over two dozen people long. However, staff always kept things moving along and never lost their pleasant demeanor. With an emphasis on fresh ingredients, some may find the menu here challenging but the bagel egg sandwiches were excellent, and I loved that I could put it on any bagel I wanted. Never having had a salt bagel before, I went that route and did not regret it, it was fantastic! Since we enjoyed our food so much and were continuing to visit with our friends, I ordered a couple sugar cookies online (did I mention the line) and outside of the time estimate being wildly incorrect for this order (it said 60 minutes, they were ready in 25) which could have been disastrous if it was food or hot coffee, everything here was amazing.

Best breakfast sandwiches in Milwaukee! I love ordering a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and add a latke and avocado to treat myself some weekend mornings. There are so many fun bagels and breakfast offerings at Allie Boy's on N Farwell. It's always packed on the weekend so go early if you're looking for specific bagel flavors. The egg is more of a custard egg than a fried egg which I really enjoy since I'm not a runny yolk fan. It's perfectly seasoned too. They are a bit pricey but you get a lot of food. Skip the wait and order online before you go for in store pickup!

These bagels are great...for a sandwich. They read more like a bun from a texture standpoint. I prefer a dense bagel with a good chew to it. Having said that, the bagels do taste really good. They toast up like an English muffin with lots of nooks and crannys. Also, the coffee at Allie Boy's is fantastic!

Allie Boy's can do no wrong! Don't believe me? Read the other highly-rated reviews that rave about this locally-owned bagel spot. I have been to their flagship in Walker's Point a handful of times, but this was a first for me to their (new'ish) second location, which is on the East Side. Initial thoughts: love that it's an even bigger space, offering extra seating. Plus, there is infinite natural lighting flooding in from the huge glass garage doors making up the exterior walls. I'm sure it will be delightful in the warmer months when they have those open. Menu anxiety is a thing for me here because all of their bagel sammies are STACKED with deliciousness, so it's just very tough to decide! In the end I went with the veg head - piled high with raw crunch veggies, plentiful avo slices, a wild amount of pesto cream cheese, microgreens and a lemon vinaigrette. Oh and I added turkey sausage for some protein. Told myself there was no way I could finish it, but I damn near did because it was delish! My friend got the smoked whitefish sandwich (also stacked high with goodness), and we split a tahini black + white cookie. Who would have thought to make this dessert? It was really tasty. To reiterate, they can do no wrong.

Son brought back several items from this store to celebrate Mother's Day. They were 2 S'mores Babka muffins ($12), 2 fruit tarts ($16), and 2 Gâteau Basque cheesecakes ($20). They were all pricey premium products but also all tip-top fresh and delicious!

The food here is really good, so no surprise why it's packed all the time. The East Side location is their second location, we went around 11:30 on a Saturday and it was pretty much just us and another group which felt odd for how busy they are normally. They let me use my own cup for my drink, which I liked. I also love how much light this spot gets, can't wait for the garage doors to open up in the summer. The tamago egg salad is my favorite thing on the menu and it's really filling. My one criticism is that I think they should offer house cups and plates for when you order to eat in the shop. It feels wasteful to give all that packaging to get thrown out after 20 minutes.

This is the best breakfast restaurant in Milwaukee - their flagship store in Walker's Point drew us in, and once they opened a second larger location on Farwell it sealed the deal. We come here nearly every weekend, if not twice in a weekend. Their bagels are incredible - so much so that I never get a photo before we demolish them. Our favorites are the cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with whipped honey butter and the egg sandwiches on a salt bagel. The line can get very long to order during peak times, but don't let it scare you away. It moves quickly, and orders come up quick (think 20-25 min max). Plenty of parking outside the Farwell shop. The Farwell location is huge, situated next to Good City Brewing. Lots of light, plants, cute decor, and a good amount of seating. There is a ramp up to the side door for accessibility.

I am never disappointed with Allie boys! And this new location is perfect. I love that there's more seating here to meet some friends and enjoy a delicious bagel and coffee. We tried the apple caramel cream cheese and it was amazing I do miss the earl grey scone but the carrot cake was a nice substitute for me and food to change things up.

Wow really solid bagel. I was supposed about how great it was. Crispy. The salmon sesame spread was top notch as well! Delicious. We got lucky and only had a short wait to order. Took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready!
