I had not been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid and went ahead and got the summer pass for my littles. I have twin 2 1/2 year olds and the summer pass was the perfect way to go. It was a good idea to escape from the hot hot hot summer heat but still give them something to do to burn some energy. This facility even has the new-ish trampoline zone for bouncing which is really cool looking (additional charge,) my twins loved meeting Chuck E Cheese himself and the little dance opportunities they have with him is cute. The big giant screens playing kid friendly music videos is a nice touch. The pizza is honestly really good, way better than when I was a kid. Stuffed crust is ALWAYS a must for me because I need extra cheese. The staff has always been kind and friendly and quick to action, whenever we have been there. A few of the machines needed a little maintenance and were being worked on but it was a week day and right when they opened which was understandable they got to get maintained sometime/someway. My twins go around to all different games but I love the classics - skee ball, water shooter game, basketball, the Simpsons soccer kick and we really love and always use the Photo Booth when we visit. Definitely a fun spot that gives a little nostalgia with new flair if you go during optimal times when it's not super busy. I am sure it can feel a little overwhelming when there's a TON of kids, parents and birthday parties all happening at the same time.

I can't remember the last time I went to a Chuck E. Cheese but my kids reached the age of any 80's baby's child where it was time to be traumatized by animatronics. This was my first time taking my kids there (5 and 20 months) and we went on a weekday from 5-6:30pm. You may be like me and wondering, is good ol Chuckie Cheese still as dark, loud and germ-filled as your ball pit memories of old? No - while the Chase location has an older exterior, I was amazed by how bright, clean and inviting the interior was. The staff were warm, welcoming and truly very helpful. We had pizza and I had the GF personal pizza and dare I say...it was AMAZING. Only wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi but alas, this is a place that's about the kids. No more tokens and everything is electronic which you may be well familiar with, but again, me stuck in the last time I was in a Chuck E Cheese in 1994 had little idea what to expect. I found it helpful to set up an account ahead of time (and you get a bunch of free tickets). I did the unlimited games for one hour for my 5 year old but we could have done it by number of games instead. There was a staff member who was only walking around cleaning games and checking that they were operating properly. He was kind to my 20 month old who came running through when he was checking a machine and amid lots of kids running around. I just have to share how much I admired how diligently he worked to care for the cleanliness and safety and doing so with a positive attitude. That just seemed hard to find these days. This ideal professionalism from all the staff was seen in the way they cared about what they were doing and how things were operating. My son said it was "the best day" and cannot wait to go back. Thanks for the good time, clean and safe facility, fun games, and great pizza!

Better than your average pizza place! I haven't had Chuck E. Cheese pizza in probably 15 years and wanted to give it a try and WOW I was impressed!! It's a very thin crust, but it's not hard and cracker-y, it's definitely soft, reminds me of a New York style pizza. The sauce is wonderfully flavored and the garlic butter addition to the crust is very nice! The pizza isn't greasy at all leaving you wanting more and more! The cheesy bread was great too! It comes with a marinara and ranch dipping sauce. Also kudos to the workers for everything they're doing for the Covid-19! They check the temperatures of everyone who walks in their restaurant and I was offered hand sanitizer at the counter. Everyone I encountered had masks and gloves on and the restaurant was very clean!! I would definitely recommend for a quick take-out meal!

Overview - It's a classic spot where a kid can be a kid! Games & prizes feel downgraded, food is excellent, fun for kids. Food 4/5 Customer Service 3.5/5 When pulling in, it seems like a sketchy place. Walking in I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and new everything looked. Ordered a pepperoni & sausage pizza and was again surprised by how good it was! I wanted to keep going back for another slice! The games and prizes are kinda weak. Most prizes are Chuck E Cheese merch, which is lame. Games are fun but there's no opportunity to gain massive tickets. Customer service was decent. Everyone was kind, but nothing that made me say, "wow!" One thing I noticed was the lack of excitement from the employee in the Chuck E Cheese costume. Come on man! You're THE guy! Looking for a fun day for the kids? They'll love this!

This place is sort of overrated. When I was younger, Chuck E. Cheese used to make me cry. And they reuse the pizza. However, I was able to get a $5 product for only 35,000 tickets! Great deal!

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the employees were very nice, except the cashier that was on her phone on Facebook while i was trying to order, went here around 7pm sat night 11/18/17, place was a DISASTER, the manager was even on his knees with a bucket trying to clean what looked like a soda fight all over inside n outside the rides. I ordered my pizza n family appetizer n got it in prob about 10 mins, thought wow that was really fast, well not if its not cooked n cold its not, wasn't even warm, the bathrooms were a disaster, maybe that's why a little kid around 4 or 5 years old decided to get up off the ride, go right next to the basketball game pull his pants down and used the bathroom right there for everyone to see, have no idea where his parents were, needless to say we cut this fun time short and left, permanently

I didn't expect much out of this location because they dropped out of the 90's theme, but boy did they have a store! The manager was very nice, TD bots were moving great, the games were very fun, the pizza good as always , the prizes were worth the tickets and the price, and the list goes on! I swear if they get any better Yelp may add 10 stars

Despite the location, never judge a book by it's cover!! This facility was surprisingly clean, welcoming and active! As soon as we walked in Chuckie was out dancing with some kids. Giving out free tokens. We got a deal online for 100 tokens for $20. This lasted us two solid hours. We will be returning!
