The office go to as a busy week reward! Nothing disappoints, but my favorite indulgence is a mocha with a double shot with half n half

Quick service with a decent menu and prices. Where else can you find avocado toast for under $6 in 2024. Only got a smoothie but figured I'd drop a review since the rest of the food looked good and it had a lot to offer pretty cheaply. Very clean place with good decorations.

Super cute spot, great service and the food was solid. I had the cardamom honey latte and the Santa Fe breakfast bowl and they were both great. Lots of room to relax or get some work done. Plenty of plugs to share which is super thoughtful for the area. I was in town for a conference so I always appreciate a work spot like this away from my hotel. I also forgot my receipt for work and I called and they printed it out right away and held it for me to pick up. Bonus points! Probably going back in the AM

Solid spot that's walkable from many downtown areas. We stopped in before visiting the art museum, it's super convenient for that purpose. It's a little weird, since you're essentially in a coffee shop inside an office building, but if you get over that, there's good coffee and decent food to be had.

Convenient Colectivo location on the second floor of the US Bank building. It appears to be a full service Colectivo, with the full compliment of Coffee drinks, food, and beer on tap. I was here at 9 am on a Monday and there was tons of seating adjacent to the Colectivo booth. A small book store, a popcorn store, and a copy store all share a big common seating area, plus Colectivo has their own dedicated seating. I got the lumberjack breakfast sandwich, which was a special. It was some sort of loose meat and egg mix on a toasted bun.

Located in the US Bank building downtown. Everyone is really nice and they're usually good at getting the food and beverages out right away! I did have to wait longer than expected a couple times and they were missing my sauce on my sandwich but other than that they're pretty good! I really like their green hornet smoothie and their turkey club sandwich. I went to lunch with my coworker and we decided to try the chicken quinoa bowl. This was surprisingly really good! It had a lot of flavor and the presentation of the food looked nice as well. Will definitely order again and come back.

Disappointed with the breakfast burritos, but in need of sustenance, so I gave them a third chance and ordered the Bacon Biscuit ($6.25). It contains bacon, scrambled eggs and melted cheddar. The biscuit was very dense and I couldn't taste anything else except a little bacon. It was like eating a bacon flavored biscuit. No mas. I'm done with the food at this place. The sport tea is still a good choice when I need an energy boost in the morning, and it came through again today. I'll stick with tea from Colectivo. The service and beverages will keep it at 3 stars from me. The bakery and food are always disappointing.

I most recently had the turkey club. The pesto mayo is very nice on it. All sandwiches come with regular kettle chips. I also think the avocado BLT and all of the burritos with salsa are very good as well. The loss of two stars is for the incredibly slow service. Even a latte takes 15 minutes and that is not an exaggeration. I would steer clear during normally busy times.

Didja know there's a Colectivo here in the US Bank building? I've lived here 5 years and I did not. I am happy to get great coffee in such a cool space. The US Bank building is a monolithic landmark on Milwaukee's skyline and a fun place for me to visit as I work nearby. The Colectivo in the Third Ward was a popular hangout when I worked there, and I am happy I've found this new-to-me spot in such an impressive place. The building boasts of 1.3 million square feet of office space in 42 stories. The coffee here is good, as always. I can come here to get the featured weekly bags of specialty brew, snacks, sandwiches, treats. Oh the treats! They have intensely-fudgy thick brownie called (what else) The World's Best Brownie. On my last visit I also tried a delicious Peanut Butter Dream Bar. So good! Whatever you like about Colectivo, you can get it here. So stop already!
