The best time to come here from 2pm to about 5am it's the best service. The hours between 5am to 2pm its a shit show the first shift people are some freaking goof balls omg.

Very friendly and very fast donuts and coffee, though I did also get a bagel with cream cheese! This location does not have a drive through. Warning - the coffee is "McDonald's" hot.

I was traveling for work and noticed this Dunkin Donuts, so stopped before departing. Admittedly, I had never been to a Dunkin Donuts prior to this stop, but always heard rave reviews, so gave it a shot. For me, the coffee was just okay, nothing special. The egg/bacon/muffin sandwich I had was fine, but nothing memorable. And, the Boston Creme donut was good enough, I guess. I don't get the rave reviews though. I could get something similar from a gas station! I should add that my experience at this particular location was a little disappointing due to a customer coming in with her bratty kid that she allowed to run around the place without supervision. The kid was loud and annoying - not something I wanted to deal with. Additionally, the Albanian manager behind the counter was abnormally loud too. While I was trying to order food, he was talking loudly to one of his coworkers about going out the night prior - it was like a Jersey Shore moment...loud and obnoxious. Anyway, I give 2 stars due to the donut at least being fresh and the coffee being hot. I can't think of anything else that would make me feel better about this place. Now that I've experienced Dunkin Donuts, I can't say that I'll be back.

I decided to bring in donuts for work. I stopped by for 4 dozen donuts, I thought I was not picky, just wanted a mix. They had some donuts pre-boxed and I thought, wow, what a time saver. I get the boxes to work and to my surprise the donuts were all a little stale AND the mix was only the cheap versions. In 4 dozen donuts there was only one filled with anything, and it was shaped as a heart - so I'm guessing it was from Friday. I am so disappointed in this experience, I wanted to do something nice for my coworkers and I feel as if I failed thanks to Dunkin'.

They remodeled a while back and I went there for take out doughnuts. They were entirely than the great doughnuts they had for years. They we old and dry. I went back hoping I just got them on a bad day. I didn't, their doughnuts are inferior to many of the good ones to be had in other doughnut shops or bakeries. Turns out they no longer made there! They are made elsewhere earlier and the have them shipped in. I asked. I think Duncan D is changing what it is. They certainly can't compete with real doughnut shops or bakeries any more.

Very thankful that this place is open 24/7 as i work at the hospital nearby and often go into work at 4am. This is the only dunkin that I can go to before work on those days. The ones by me are closed.

The Miller Parkway location needs to start taking tips from our friends on Layton. I crossed paths with this Dunkin's 27 hours after I stormed out of the Miller Parkway location for their lack of ANY chocolate donuts (see review). I was still craving that chocolate long john, and I thought it would be funny to see what this location had at 6PM on New Years Day compared to what the other guys had on New Years Eve at 3PM. Not only did they have my chocolate long john, they had about six other chocolate donuts and close to 20 other variety of donuts. That's whats up! Extra points for that long john tasting fresh at 6PM on a holiday. This is the "OG" Dunkin's, the first one I was ever at and I know for a fact it's been in the same building for the past thirty years without anything being changed outside of the interiors and signage. That means no drive thru, a very tight parking lot and maybe a little trouble getting back on Layton like past reviewers have said. I don't think that's changing anytime soon since they're using every last square inch they have and the land on all three sides of them is owned by someone else. It loses a star just for being a headache to park in, let alone get out of. Customer service here has been top notch for years, some of the best service out of any fast food establishment I know of. It's nice to go into a DD and not be obnoxiously asked "WHADDYA DRINKIN!!" Still way worth a stop, especially if you have a late night hankering for some Dunkin goodness.

I tried to order the Avocado Toast (2) on your App. There is NO PLACE FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. I cancelled my order because I did not want the topping on the toast. Drove to the store. There is my CANCELLED ORDER sitting there. I was charged for a cancelled order. The lady behind the counter just wanted to scream at me and tell me it was not her fault. I told her I cancelled the order, she just kept screaming at me and would not listen. So I had to in person order 2 more pieces of toast and pay Another $5.98, so $12 for two pieces of toast. Do not go to the Dunkin Donuts on Layton Avenue in Milwaukee. If you have been there you all know exactly which employee I am talking about. I will never return. Too many other options.
