they asked to join my cigar group in June. I said I want to do a one on one. they said Ok through DM on Facebook. around 9 am yesterday they DMed me saying "Fu@k you, kike" through DM on Facebook. I had no idea what a Kike was, so I looked it up online and it is a very offensive slur against Jewish people. I am not Jewish, so I don't understand this message. I have screenshots of this entire conversation

My favorite place to relax, unwind, have a smoke and drink with friends! I love the staff specifically Tony and Andrew, always makes my time here pleasurable and they've become good friends! Love the vibe & environment! Come down and have a smoke!

It's alright, customer service is okay, couple bartenders need to get in the loop of how a business is ran, and properly attended too. Nonetheless, it's my favorite spot on Brady to go take a chill pill at.

Excellent selection of cigars. Jalen is a very engaged bartender who really earns his tips. The place attracts a fun clientele on Saturdays. Think twice before letting the bartender light you up. They torch the hell out the cigars. But they make great recommendations for cigar/drink combos. I subtracted a star since some of the employees are unreliable, not opening the bar for all posted hours.

I was in here with my husband to look at cigars. It was not impressive to say in the least. The man at the register was apathetic and of all things smoking a cigarette. Certainly no cigar connoisseur! He did not offer to help us. If you are looking for a place to smoke indoors, I suppose you could sit yourself down on the chairs in the Famous Smoke Shop but I would recommend heading over to Uhles!

Came in here looking for a nice little dessert smoke after dinner at Cempazuchi and left with a sackful of tobacco. I was planning on only getting a couple of cigars for myself and a friend, but there was an excellent buy three, get one free deal that could not be passed up. The deal covered a number of different labels, including Cohibas and Macanudos. You don't run into specials like that very often, so you take them when they present themselves. Four Cohibas and a Short Story later I headed out. The proprietor was nice enough to throw in a cutter gratis.

Ok, here is a place that runs like a business, but is worthless as an honest cigar shop. They have booths at Summerfest grounds so apparently that makes them the shit. I'm not sure who the owners are, but there seems to be a know-it-all running around making all sorts of claims about cigars and the people who smoke them, and probably some lame made up stories about some events in the city. If he isn't enough to make you stay away, it's likely some hoodrats will be in to make threats at him for credit purchases and start some other drama yelling and representing... which is not the cigar smoker image at all! Also, I did not enjoy the selection, and I'm not a connoisseur of cigars, but I never really saw anything quality there, for which I have a unique eye.

When you have no other options, this place exists. Wouldn't suggest it. Not just frustrating but actively ignorant.
