Service is always great- drinks are made super fast. The coffee shop is super cozy- lots of tables and chairs, couches, comfy chairs. And a fire pit outside for cooler days. During warmer months, their patio is fantastic.

Overall been here twice and the coffee and outdoor seating area are great advantages to this place. In addition, the cinnamon roll had a great ratio of cinnamon to icing that made it sweet and savory! Would totally go back!

So, I LOVE this coffee shop and I go here almost daily! I enjoy the staff, the food options, the drinks, and the ambiance. It's also close to my home. The reason for my 3-star rating is because of what I saw take place on Sunday, April 14. It was a beautiful, warm day outside and the cafe was packed. Two young girls were working and it was evident they were understaffed. Orders were messed up (due to many online orders coming in and people grabbing the wrong orders off the shelf) and one of the girls was delivering sandwiches to tables and crying. I felt terrible for both of them, as they were busting their butts and working very hard. One of the girl's called someone and asked if they could send over extra help and was told no. From what I hear, the Shorewood location doesn't get as much help as they ask for and I find that very disappointing. Management should provide the employees with what they need to get the job done- the right tools and the right amount of staff. From my perspective, it seemed like unfair treatment to the employees that day and I hope management does better with this location. This is not the first time I've seen Shorewood understaffed and stressed.

The location is good, the coffee and food is good. But the inside seating is tight and uncomfortable. So it's a good place to grab and go.

When I think fiddleheads I normally think coffee, for obvious reasons, but don't sleep on the rest of the menu! I stopped in the Shorewood location for the first time in awhile, and I was all coffeed-out for the day so I opted for an iced green-citrus tea. Wow, so refreshing! And not too sweet, which is always appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to order one of those again. I'm also fan of their food menu. They've got lots of breakfast and lunch sammies, plus kids options and baked goods. I opted for the roasted tomato turkey and it was tasty. Nicely toasted honey-oat bread with bacon, misitque turkey, tomato, lettuce and mayo. A classic combo that you can't go wrong with! Nice little salad on the side as well with fresh cucumber, carrots, and greens. Love their indoor and outdoor space too. Totally spacious, clean, and modern.

Breakfast items are overpriced and over-processed, as much as Starbucks down the way. I've only had the coffee a few times. The price is standard in the area, but it leaves coffee lovers a bit disappointed. The staff is nice and friendly, though.

Dropped in here for a quick bite of breakfast on a Tuesday morning and ordered the Toasted Avacado Croissant and Aztec Mocha. Items here are a bit pricey but of good quality. The croissant on the breakfast sandwich was flaky and buttery, and the Aztec Mocha was spicy and absolutely delicious! The inside is nice and spacious, and their outdoor patio is quite lovely.

We really enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches from here! The sauce on the bacon breakfast sandwich was very good! The service was alright and came out in a decent time. The drinks were very good. I had the banana bread latte and it tasted just like banana bread. The restaurant was not very clean though. The bathrooms and tables looked like they needed to be wiped down. Overall still would come back for the drinks and breakfast sandwiches!

Nice, local coffee shop with a fun and seasonal menu (along with regular standard coffee shop finds such as a cappuccino and latte). The baristas are friendly and atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Prices are reasonable for the drinks served. I happened to be there toward the end of the day and place offered me a free pastry that would have otherwise been tossed out that evening! They have an outdoor seating area with a fire pit that was perfect for a fall day.
