Let me start by saying the hotel itself and majority of everyone working there are wonderful. However, we had to travel urgently as my dad fell into a coma and while we were checking in and explaining the notes that another manager had put on our reservation, PATRICK, looked my mother in the face and said "Oh, so you have to decide whether or not to pull the plug?" I was shocked and began crying and we stepped away from the desk. We then overheard him say to two other people working that "People use that excuse to get discounts and freebies" so my mother walked back over and showed him a video of my dad in the hospital bed, comatose, while we talked to him. No apology, nothing. The others there were lovely, but as long as Patrick is working there we will not continue to patronize this hotel, even though it is the one that we have used for years, visiting for a week twice a year. TLDR; hotel itself is good, but Patrick is cruel and has lost the hotel a long time loyal patron.

I rarely review hotels; however, when they do a good job they deserve to be acknowledged. This hotel is convenient to the airport and offers a large parking lot. There were several outdoor seating areas big enough to accommodate groups staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; whether they worked the front desk or were working other areas of the hotel. Everything at the hotel appeared to be well maintained. The pool area looked clean. My logic for four stars was a pedestrian breakfast offering with cramped quarters and strange tv placement in our guest room. The room darkening blinds were also only semi-effective. That said, I'd consider another stay here on future trips to Milwaukee.

Great service from all the staff working at this hotel. Very beautiful well kept, very clean and sanitary place. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We felt very safe at this place. Thank you to all the amazing staff members working from June 12, 2025 to June 17 2025.

Horrible experience... bad housekeeping and an insane amount of cleaning solutions used so beware if you allergies. They also claim to br dog friendly but are not and the manager is a liar.

I do a lot of traveling and when you come to a Hotel like this is refreshing. Being greeted by the front clerk on my arrival to let me know what they have to offer as well as the other Hilton hotel next door was really gratifying. But the reason for this review is because of the help I received from the front desk from Melissa. I needed to print some things for work, and I am not an IT guy at all. She helped me, made sure the paper drawer was full and checked up to make sure I was able to do the work I needed done, all this while doing her other tasks. I have been to other Hiltons, past reviews, where you did not have such great customer service. This is where people should be recognized, and Melissa is one of those employees from Hilton. The little things go a long way. Cheers to you Melissa!

We stayed, with our dog Roscoe, at this hotel for 12 consecutive nights while awaiting the readiness of our apartment. It was a perfect extended stay and felt like home. The room was laid out with intelligence and had outstanding storage space. A kitchen kept us fed too well, the only thing lacking was a range, which wasn't missed. There are multiple excellent restaurants nearby, and the 21st century allows for food prep without an oven. Home2 Suites will provide a cooktop if needed. The bathroom was copious, again with great storage. Towels were thick, and housekeeping provided enough for fresh ones every day. Our room was cleaned well by request. Hot water and excellent pressure was appreciated. We did bring our own bath soap and shampoo, as Home2 Suites is not a luxury brand, and liquid soap/shampoo doesn't make me happy. A clean gym, with decent equipment, helped me try to keep in shape, and the attached FREE laundry room allowed me to do my wash while I exercised. It was perfect! Breakfast, something we didn't take advantage of, is provided every morning free of charge. With all these amenities providing comfort, the best aspect of this Home2 Suites near the Milwaukee Airport was the staff. They were always friendly, remembered our names, and bent over backwards to be helpful. They are still phoning us when our random mail shows up at their hotel. If you have a dog, the hotel is surrounded by lots of grass, and it provides baggies and receptacles. While the immediate area may be airport/industrial, Grant Park, an enormous and gorgeous park lying smack dab on Lake Michigan is less than ten minutes away. Downtown Milwaukee is 15 minutes away. We had a very stressful journey moving from Seattle to Milwaukee. Home2 Suites at the Milwaukee Airport helped make this transition a bit less weary. It was the ideal choice.

Everything and every body was top notch. Clean, accommodating and excellent customer service. The shuttle drivers are very professional and helpful. Not bad for a free breakfast. Close to most things.
