The room was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and plush. The towels were soft and white. The customer service was top notch. We bought too much and did not have room for two purses. We left them for the housekeepers. The manager called the same day to tell me I left them and offered to mail them to me! It's refreshing to deal with honest people! The area is close to the mall and across the street from Walgreens! Loved it and will be back!

Been At The Laquinta Bayshore location for a few weeks nothing short of amazing , friendly staff! attended to my needs when asked ! I've always had clean rooms highly recommend

This hotel needs to be renovated or better managed. Host of a speaking engagement booked this hotel for me. I wouldn't have chosen it on my own! Breakfast included, but no eggs, sausage, or bacon...just cold items and DIY waffles. They are really cutting corners on cleanliness and regular maintenance. Even old hotels can be clean. Don't book.

This hotel is just awful. We checked in and had checked out within 1 hour. Cockroaches in our room. The entire place was filthy. The furniture was in disrepair, no towels. We witnessed a drug deal take place right in front of our parked car - purchaser on the outside of the building and the seller dealing from inside a room on the first floor. Everything about the place screamed 'get out', and so we did. No refund.

Don't Stay Here! I have stayed at many LaQuinta hotels in the past and have had great experiences. The LaQuinta chain offers a free breakfast which usually includes a hot selection, fruit, yogurt, cereal, assorted breads and muffins, juice and coffee. This breakfast consists of toast, cereal, a hidden waffle maker and depending on the day fruit, and coffee. You can't bring anything back to your room at this select location, including one cup of coffee! Now let's go to their safety issues. Last night I had someone pounding on my door. This happened twice. I called down to the desk from the house phone which was not located in the bedroom, but on the desk right next to the front door, where the person who was trying to get into my room could hear me on the phone. Not a comfortable feeling. Whoever answered the phone kept telling me to speak louder and that was exactly what I didn't want to do for safety reasons. When I explained my situation I was told that it was a busy day and time and to lock my door. The desk clerk had no idea what room I was in and had to ask, again not a safe protocol and It was 8:44 pm! Thankfully my dog kept whoever was trying to get in my room at bay. Now let's talk about the other facts that are just wrong! There is absolutely no air conditioning in the hallways. No ice machine per floor, they seem to lock down the WiFi overnight and no linens for the pull out sofa bed! LaQuinta has always been a decent mid range option but this hotel is a definite failure.

Only Stayed for 10 mins. Upon arriving pulling into the parking lot the place just looked sketchy. Ripped window screens littered the ground, along with empty beer cans. Walking in there was a group of 5 guys blocking the entrance smoking weed. Check-in process was quick. My self & 2 friends made our way to our room, the whole place just smelled musty & the weed smell was insane. We finally found our room that was strangely located,behind a door where the hall ended & then another door into the actual room. Door wasn't even locked & would not lock inside either. Which being 3 young women didn't feel safe. The room itself was gross, the couch had cigarette burns & crumbs. Arm of a chair had blood & even more burns. By the beds we instantly saw mold all over the walls near the air conditioner. We went down stairs & were offered another room but declined. Ended up staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, which was pricey, but totally worth it. Safety & health is more important over money,

Overall was not a good hotel. The room I had received had no trash cans at all, half the lights didnt work, the tv remote wouldnt work half the time, they didnt give us any bathroom supplies like soap, lotion, ect., there was hair in the toilet drain and on top of that when I went to check in or check out, I ended up waiting for 20-30 min for anyone to come to the desk. Its not my worst hotel experience hence why it has 2 stars but definitely far from a good experience.

I would put 0 stars but thats not an option. The evening manager is a doll but she can only do so much. Carpets are stained (which is expected to a degree in hotels, but this is excessive), two out of the four lamps in my room do not work, The workout room ceiling is literally caving in and the treadmills don't work. The exterior of the building areas are poorly neglected. there are bugs everywhere and the breakfast in the morning is a joke. If I wasn't in town for training with a state contract, I would not have stayed here.

Room was dirty (I have many pictures) and actually still had items in drawers and had no remotes. Broken air conditioner vents. They seemed very understaffed But people we talked to were all really nice. Breakfast was fair at best. Pool has been out for a while and we were told the earliest time it would be done is end of year. Bath/Shower/Bathroom was tiny. you had to squeeze between toilet and counter to close the door.

Oh boy where to begin. Don't stay at this hotel if you can avoid it at all. The Motel 6 might honestly be better. The pool and spa are closed - apparently permanently based on the rest of the reviews. There is really terrible cell reception around the area AND the wifi didn't work. (Don't think the wifi ever works based on the other reviews.) Yeah the 4th floor does indeed reek of weed most of the time. Our room had no towels and no one answered at the front desk. Had to go down to get them and also to get bedding for the awful pullout. Nasty stains on all the carpets and couches. TV remote didn't really work. The "fitness center" is a couple broken machines and one working treadmill. Breakfast had no butter or milk and the staff didn't seem to care about any of this. The worst. Especially for the high price!
