Great local 90 course in Milwaukee. Conditions were fairly good with a couple tough holes always a good place to get a quick nine holes

As a beginner, I found this golf course relaxing and not overwhelming. The 9-holes took the 3 of us 2.5 hours to complete. I didn't find the course too difficult, but then, it was my first time ever out in the field, so I have nothing to compare it to. Definitely a difference experience from the range! On this particularly warm March morning, the field was pretty busy. Our tee time was around 9 in the morning, and there were a few groups ahead of us, and some joined right behind us. As a beginner, I was a little apprehensive about getting in the way for the group behind us, and told them they could go ahead if they'd like, but they were cool and said said they're taking it easy, no worries. Eventually, about 5 holes in, we did let them pass since it looked like a group was on their tails too. Generally, everyone was nice and though I felt a little rushed (not because of the team behind us, but just me feeling bad about being slow), it was a great game. I can't wait for the next warm weather day to get back here. Oh, and the guy working the counter was also super nice and gave us no attitude or pomp. I'm sorry that other yelpers had such a bad time here, but my experience with the staff working here has been nothing but good.

I've been to this course twice now and I really enjoy it! I think there is something for every golfer at this course. There are a couple holes that are around a hundred yards and the rest are longer. The club house is well stocked and has great deals on their branded apparel. This is a course that I look forward to going to more this season.

After paying for a cart we then waited 30 minutes for the cart. So a 5:28 tee time turned into a 5:55 tee time. Some goofy grey bearded guy helped us. Was nice at first even gave a young friend of mine a free beer. But all of a sudden at 7:45 this grey bearded came to us at hole 8 and started to verbally abuse after stalking the two previous holes. He then verbally abused and told us to leave our carts we paid for and waited for. I think he has some issues or something maybe it's wife related but I truly hope this lost soul finds the help he needs. God bless Milwaukee

This was one of my favorite quick 9 whole courses until I met Paul.. it was Father's day weekend and my 7 year old son wanted to take me golfing. Our tee time was 9:45 and we got there right on time (i know i am supposed to be early) but looking at the tee box there were two groups still waiting. Paul was incredibly rude because I was on time but not early again there was two groups waiting so I was not holdings anyone up.. We get our clubs and get in the line for one to wait, when its our turn another group comes up and ask if they can go in front of us as they were with the group infront of us we said sure.. after they tee off we are standing on the tee box unable to hit with the group in the fairway.. here comes PAUL to come yell at us for not hitting and then he proceeds to be rude to my 7 year old and my wife. We didn't even tee off, we turned around and left no one should be treated that way. He could have easily looked down the fairy to see we were unable to hit with the group in front of us. This is so unfortunate because I love the county golf course I like to support them as they are accessible to everyone and are an affordableway for everyone to learn and enjoy the game of golf.

Went in to play a game of night golf. I might have read the website wrong, but I booked a tee time for 5:28PM. Keep in mind, the course has a deal starting at 5:30 for their deal on sunset golf ($10) per round. Walk in with a buddy of mine who has never been there before, check in for tee time. As soon as we check in, the worker, a slightly older gentleman, kindly tells us what we are looking for. We are a bit confused since we just checked in, we told him "Sunset golf". This employee starts going haywire on us, called us a bunch of "a** holes" and "bunch of young kids". We are indeed over the age of 21. It seems pretty weird that a tee time would be at 5:28 when a rate starts at 5:30? Weird right. This rage started after a slight accident, which entailed me booking a tee time for 5:28PM assuming that night golf would be included for that tee time at the discounted rate. I simply told him I would pay full price if it was at such an inconvenience. He proceeded to tell me that I am making him lose money and customers. Tip to the course: do not create tee times available 2 minutes before a special rate starts. Not ethical Tip 2 to the course: There is no point to a tee time at your course, due the fact that you allow 4+ people in a group on a hole at a time. I am always teeing off 10 minutes after my tee time!! The pace of play here is the slowest I have ever seen! I will not be coming back to this course.

Employee has terrible attitude towards customers. He is more concerned with being able to leave rather than selling rounds of golf to customers. Made it very clear his only agenda is to leave rather than having any manners or any form of positive customer service. Will not return...

I see one stars and I have to comment. This is a nine hole course with trees making it fine for a practice round. The greens are exactly the same as all other county courses except Brown Deer which is for very good players. The only problem is that there are a lot of people who play unbelievably slowly. However, it's a course for beginners so you have to expect that.

Not the best course. If you go, walking is the better way to do it. Not worth the price of the cart for just nine holes. Slow pace but as expected since there are a lot of beginners on this course. Long enough to take the driver out though which is always a plus on the smaller courses.
