Not sure why reviewers are so negative about this McDonald's, as I never had a real issue at this location before. I do believe there has been a recent change in management here, and I've been here a couple times since. Service was solid and pretty fast. Food was solid. The inside of the restaurant was fairly clean (bathroom could be cleaner, but I am type-A personality). My honest review is 4-stars.

Horrible service. They purposely stopped the drive thru at 10:53am and made us cars wait till 11 until someone came back on drive thru speaker and then days not serving breakfast anymore. If you own or work for this place. You should be embarrassed. I've tried this place a couple times. Same shitty place.

Mickey D's? I'm not exactly "lovin' it," and I've never visited a location worthy of more than 2 stars before now. But in a world turned upside-down by the pandemic, this location exceeded my expectations. The Missus and I found ourselves traveling north of the Cheddar Curtain on three consecutive days to bring a family member to WI for radiation therapy. Visitors are not allowed inside the clinic and we did not feel safe anywhere except sitting in our car. So, we drove to this McD's to pick up coffee but also to satisfy our urgent need to "answer nature's call." There was a long line at the drive-through but few customers were inside (you could go inside to order carryout and use the restrooms, but indoor dining was verboten). This restaurant is updated and looks spiffy. They keep it clean, restrooms included. We observed a worker wiping down surfaces frequently. We have no complaints about the coffee, the breakfast sandwiches, or the polite and efficient staff. At one point, a nincompoop who entered the restaurant without a mask was promptly told to leave. If I could give a "Panny Award" (to businesses deserving a pat on the back during the pandemic), this restaurant would certainly qualify.

I have gone here multiple times and only once was my very simple order correct. They either forget things, mess things up, or give me a completely different order. Ive even had it where i called and went back and when remaking my order they gave me someone else's order. Horrible.

After waiting for a while in the line, The lady who gave me my food had no good customer service. It's not that hard to try at least. After I get home from the place, I come to the most devastating Big Mac that I ordered. I even tried to call the building and no pick-up. Is there even a Manager working there?

Zero stars. After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes we decided to go into the store to order our sodas. Good lord...the swearing between employees was something to behold. F this and F you and F that...I don't consider myself a prude but really? This is who you hired as a customer facing employee? A woman tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told "we ain't got that". "We ain't got that." - how about "I'm sorry but we are out of that item at the moment. Can I recommend a hamburger instead?" So rude to customers. The restaurant is filthy; I certainly wouldn't eat inside and I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. We'll never stop here again. Where is the owner? I'd be so embarrassed if this were my store.

After waiting in the drive-thru line for 23 minutes this past Saturday, I was told by the cashier and then manager they were not honoring the McDonald's app which had a $2 Big Mac that day. What a waste of my time. I went to another McDonald's along my drive who automatically took my app code over the speaker and at just over $2 plus a dollar soda...I was on my way to Summerfest. I would strongly urge everyone to avoid this location !!!
