Hospitable staff, great food ,and a great bunch of locals !! I love this place! I've had many many good times there ! Try it. You won't regret it!

I stopped here after lunch to check the place out after driving past it for many years. Unfortunately it has the street under construction in front of it so you have to park in the surrounding neighborhood to get there at the moment. It's your typical West Allis dive bar that looks aged with a pool table, flat screens etc. They have daily specials and a small hot food menu. The owner survived the C19 shut down only to endure the front street shut down which kills his business because I was the only person in the place, what a back to back shame. Being the only person in the place kills the enjoyment of going out with no one around you to talk to so I had to leave and move on, when the street is fixed and people come back I would like to stop back over.

McGuire's is a nice, quiet place to relax with a drink. It's your typical West Allis dive bar. Darts and pool tables, numerous TVs, and a ton of great specials every night of the week. They have free pizza on Sundays after 7p, bottomless pints on Friday nights, it's probably the best deal in town.

I moved to West Allis a couple of months ago and I can walk here. I really enjoy the reasonably priced specials, awesome 25 cent wings midweek and the owner and bartenders are great. They knew my name on the 2nd visit. It's quiet late night but that's just fine after a long day.

It was my first time having wings here so a friend mentioned it was .25cent wings on Tuesdays. So, as a first timer ordering wings just to try. I ordered 6. I ran out of water. I asked the owner nicely who was our server for a refill and he said to me "I'm going to tell you this, ordering .25cents plus refilling water does not mix. If you keep asking for water I'm going to lose out on business" which I thought was a joke until he kept saying it to me. That is not good business and I'am NEVER going back there.
