I've stopped on $10 Tuesdays twice in the recent month and was welcomed kindly when I walked in, everything looked clean, workers were busy and making lots of pizzas. We brought ours home and we enjoyed them and they were made nicely. We have had two good experiences and will be back.

The service could be improved, morale seems low, and the store has been consistently dirty for the last few months. Unfortunately, the food quality has also been going down. 1. I always call ahead for my order. Many times I'm put on hold and forgotten about, or the phone rings and rings and no one ever answers. In-person service is slightly better. 2. On separate occasions, I've seen live and dead bugs - including dead flies and some sort of crawling beetle - in the waiting area. The floors are visibly very dirty. The prep areas are always extremely messy. 3. The staff members seem very unhappy and disorganized, despite there usually being a good number of workers during the dinner rush. 4. The Gourmet Vegetarian is a fantastic pizza. I've been eating and enjoying it for years, but the last several pizzas have been sloppily thrown together and all over the place on portions. I understand this is not the easiest time to work in the service industry, and I rarely post a negative review, but things could really be improved at this store.

Received an email from Papa Murphy's that it was/is "National Sausage Pizza Day". Boyfriend goes to this location "WE DON'T HAVE ANY SPECIALS". I then proceed to call them and explain the email I received FROM Papa Murphy's. The assistant manager states you can speak to my manager and after speaking with the Manager BELLA, she stated that she overheard her assistant manager telling him that it is only online, but "he proceeded with the order anyway". Supposed to be a $7 pizza and they charged him $13. No - go online, or go to our app or see if there are any specials... you will get ZERO business from me from here on out. This is not how you retain or get new clients to use your venue.

I should've wrote review the first time. But this is the 2nd time this has happened. You call, they won't answer. And when they do answer a call that is probably my 6th time after 30 minutes, they tell me they can't take my order. Looks like they don't want their business to make any money. But you call a different papa Murphys. I always get the pizza made. This place will shut down in near future.

It was pretty darn good. Good tasting sauce, sausage,pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, black olives. Crust was pretty crispy. We decided to leave it in a few extra min longer then the directions said. Overall pretty good pizza with a good price

service was good, place was clean. But the toppings, including the sauce was very minimal. she spread the bbq sauce so thin that in places there wasn't any, just a thin paint stain. I had to ask for more sauce. The toppings were only out on in the middle of the pizza so that when I spread them out there was very little. will not go back again. they seem to be going downhill.

I placed an order and went to pick it up and No one was there! Lights were off and the door was locked. They just decided to close whenever they want? This was before 6:00 and they're open until 7. This isn't the first time they've done this.

They no longer sell any ifthe sides that go with the pizza. Not sure what happened to this store, but having no salad, cheesy bread or desert options, what is the point?

This Papa Murphy's is in St Francis. The food is ok. The phone's do not work. Drove to place my order, asked if the phone was working, they said no. When they pick it up they can't hear. This is on a 12$ Tuesday. No one in there people standing around. A women came after me ordered her pizza, she received hers before me. I had to fix the wrapping on the pizza it was open on on side. The floors we disgusting, Cheese all over the counter where the finished product was put. The kid at the register had gloves on, took my money. thank God he didn't make my pizza, but he was making one when I left!
