I can not say enough about how incredible this company is. Every time we have used them for transportation to the airport, they are timely, professional, and kind. After a delayed trip from Europe, where we had to change our arrival city from Milwaukee to Chicago in order not to get home days later, they were able to take us home with a small amount of notice and perfect service. We have used other MKE car services and none of them can compare.

Great limo service to use to and from the Milwaukee airport. The company does a great job with communicating the status of the driver's arrival, including a picture of the driver, type of car and license number. The drivers are friendly and professional. Great experience!

We were visiting Milwaukee and I found Royal Limo via google. We had round trip airport pick up to/from our hotel downtown. We received great service, very professional and nice drivers. Our arrival flight indicated that we had been diverted for some reason, (which wasn't the case) so when I called from baggage claim, Royal Limo was surprised. They had been following our flight and something went wrong with the airlines system. Our pick up was not delayed and was there in 2 minutes even with the error on the part of the airline. What great service! Our pic p at our hotel, back to the airport was equally nice, on time and professional. We will book again with Royal Limo when we are in the area!

If you need to rent a limo bus, this is your company, from the first interaction, the service was extremely professional and helpful. Kevin was willing to let me come and see the limo bus we would be using, and was extremely flexible due to the fact that we did not have all of our details in place yet. We went with the 18 passenger limo bus with the tailgate trailer, and it was more than we could have hoped for. You know when then say things that sound too good to be true, usually aren't, well this is not the case with Royal Limo. Kevin was upfront about the pricing and what was all included in our price. The tailgate trailer is amazing, as a seasoned tailgater, this was the easiest and best tailgate I have ever been too. Not only does the tailgate trailer come with everything you could need - amazing sound system, games(bags, ladder golf), chairs (that are great quality), a cooler, paper products, canopy for rain (or sun in our case) charcoal and gas grill, and an amazing driver who will set up, grill, and then clean up for you. All you provide is food and drinks. Ron our driver was amazing, he was part of our party, but not in that weird uncomfortable way :) he was fun, happy to be there, and got to know us. I believe there was an arm wrestling match at the end of the day :) :P All in all, it was a great experience, and everyone in our party was thrilled with the service and great times that we had due to using their services. I hope to need a limo again someday to use this great company!
