I purchased tickets to the wrong concert. Worked with Abby and she was amazing! They refunded my money, and put it towards the correct concert Pentatonix. They were very helpful and professional. And are getting the tickets to me in time for Easter as a gift! We have not used ticket king before but will certainly in the future

Awful, the tickets we picked were not the ones we received. We contacted Ticket King immediately after receiving the email with the wrong tickets and they were not helpful. They would not exchange or refund tickets and were quite rude.

There was a tiny bit of a snafu with the original ticket description, but the folks at Ticket King reached out to me to make it right. You can feel confident in your purchase, and that this company will stand by their sale. Great selecton of seats, quick delivery of tickets, and superb customer service - this made for a memorable event. After the great customer service I experienced, I will not hesitate to book with them again.

Ticket King helped me with tickets to the Riverside Theater in Milwaukee. Max, my phone contact, was terrific. He patiently listened to what I was looking for, and then got me the seats I wanted at a fair price. Since I could not pick them up, they were mailed to me via FedEx in Chicago. Since I had to sign for them, I requested a certain mailing date. Well, they arrived today, exactly as Max promised. I highly recommend Ticket King for their prices and excellent service. Would not go anywhere else. Thanks again Max.

Bought tickets to a Brewers game in Milwaukee over the phone. I promptly received the tickets via email and printed them out. When I got to the ballpark they said the tickets didn't register. They sent me half way around the park to a ticket office and it took 30 minutes (in 92 degree heat) to straighten things out. I was told that the bar code on the tickets was incorrectly scanned. The agent also said that usually they would not honor the faulty tickets I had - but after much haggling they finally took them. They warned me about buying Brewers tickets from a broker. I learned my lesson.

Ticketking is scalping at it's worst. I went to the summerfest site to buy concert tickets it gave me options on where to buy tickets. I ordered 2 tickets to jason aldean I paid 164.00 per ticket I thought it was normal price for fairly decent seats. I went to wrap the tickets as a gift and saw that the price is 66.50. I paid 2 1/2 times the face value. That is a crime. I can see paying more due to supply and demand, but I would have liked to have been told this and given the option to find a better deal.. I will NEVER, EVER BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BEWARE

Don't be fooled by their quoted price. They will also be charging your credit card additional tax. It is burried in their terms and conditions. It is how they stay cheeper than their competitors who are up-front with their pricing. When you call for an explination expect the employee to be abrasive. She actually said "well we already have your money. I suggest you read the terms and conditions" Guess their current staff does not care about helping out or customer retention like the past reviews suggest (I have to wounder if they were self reviewed?)

Always check the site of the venue first and check availability and price of tickets. In my opinion, TicketKing are is more expensive for lesser qualtity seats. Perhaps that is not always the case, but it pays to do your homework!!
