We have been meaning to stop out and see what this place is all about, so it was time to give it a whirl since we had more of the family with us. We grabbed a PB Banana Crunch Flatbread to share since we just wanted a little something to eat while taking down smoothies. The flatbread was ok, nothing special. I think it would be better if the bananas were sliced thicker. You're dealing with cheap ingredients - if anything, the honey is the most expensive thing on there. You've got peanut butter, honey, bananas, and granola wedged in between flatbread. This thing is almost 7 dollars with tax, so I find it hard to justify the cost of this when you look at what the actual received product is. The smoothies were large and consisted of Mocha Madness and Peanut Butter Cup. I personally find it to be more expensive than it should be. I realize there's also a willingness to pay other retailers high costs for similar drinks that have far worse ingredients, so I do keep that in consideration. The place is small, and you can sit, but I would take items to go because it's not a very inviting place. There was one staff member that I found to be friendly, which was the person taking the orders and asking us if we had questions. The other people working there had different attitudes that weren't necessarily rude, but they also weren't necessarily friendly. No eye contact, no looking up to see if anyone really needed anything. They weren't really busy, so it wasn't because they were very hard at work. I guess I would work on making the place more inviting if it were me. While it was Ok, I find it difficult to come up with reasons to return.

The last few smoothies I have gotten have not been the right consistency they are way too icy. Such a bummer. I normally love Tropical Smoothie. Super disappointed

Terrible workers. Employee with weird face and terrible long eyelashes was very rude to me and my friends when we came into the shop to get smoothies. She threatened to lay hands on me. She probs racist idk, I am a black female. Terrible treatment. Will NOT be coming back. Get it fixed.

The food is good but the service is terrible. The tall man working there was extremely rude and cussed at me. He said things like "well fuck that's not what you asked for" and "learn your lesson" when he messed up my order. He was extremely disrespectful to his coworkers as well.

the smoothie bowls were bust but the guy working there was so rude like i'm literally ordering a smoothie and bitch was shaking his head and rolling his eyes, if you don't like your job that much then quit they could use you at burger king buddy. btw he was strawberry blonde and had earrings just as a warning to yall

Friendly staff, but I've been so disappointed with my food experiences lately. I ordered an açaí bowl today and brought it home. Mind you, I live less than a 2 minute drive from the Tropical Smoothie location and by the time I got home with it the bowl was practically thawed out! I've ordered in the past and brought home and have not had this experience. This tells me that this bowl was recently made perhaps and not ready. Tropical Smoothie is not cheap. I tip the staff because they are friendly and seem to be working hard, but I expect to get food that's served at the correct temp, including frozen açaí bowls.

I tried this place for the first time. The flatbread sandwich I got was great. I tried the chicken, mozzarella, and pesto. The Thai chicken wrap was good. Fresh if and light.

I hate this place me and my friend went in for a piña colada because we were craving pineapple and coconut. We asked the lady for if we could get a pink piña colada and she said sure we got a Trop tropical colada and it contained mango, coconut banana banana.
