I needed a very quick work lunch, and this is the closest restaurant. I ordered and paid for a taco salad through the app. I checked in at the drive thru, and was told to pull up to the second window. After pulling up to the second a window, an employee starts yelling at me through the first window, as if I were trying to get food without paying. I backed my car up and told her I was told to go to the second window. She then proceeds to tell me they don't carry taco salads. I shouldn't have been able to get this far before finding that out. I was running low on lunch time, so I had to just order another salad. When I got back to work, and opened up my salad, it was warm. The lettuce, the cheese. Everything. And not warm from having warm chicken placed on top for a few minutes, but like it had been sitting out for a looooong time. Sure enough, I got food poisoning. Will never come back here again.

Refused us service at 11 pm when they closed at 12 said we had to have a mobile order waited 20 minutes for the car in front of us to get there food so we couldn't even get through the drive through the guy that walked out told us they were trying to close so ridiculous don't recommend to anyone.

Me and my girlfriend both ordered two 10pc nugget pieces meals. Both contained 9 nuggets .. not 10. Ridiculous.

They don't care about the food, they'll just give you whatever is convenient. My nuggets were dry and tasted extremely old, fries were sweaty and tasteless. If I fed this to an animal it would kill itself. Just go to a different Wendy's.

Wendy's in the hood. It's like going to a gas station, there's a small lobby area and the kitchen is BEHIND BULLETPROOF GLASS and you get your order through a drawer. I have never seen anything like this! There's a bus stop right outside and so I did not feel comfortable parking and getting out of the car. The drive through seemed pretty well secure, where it surrounded by an eight foot wall so I didn't feel like I might get snuck up on. Food order was accurate, even if they were out of baked potatoes at 12:30 PM. The fries were crazy salty and they did not include any ketchup or napkins in the bag. Still, it was a change from having Jimmy John's every day.

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered delivery with a 4 for 4, baconator fries, and a sugar cookie and all I got were regular fries and a drink. I ordered fruit punch but instead I got their watered down nasty ass lemonade and I've been trying to contact costumer support with no luck. HORRIBLE.

Worst experience ever at Wendy's on Miller park. So we went late night and ordered my food everything was fine, then as I am waiting to pull up I see the cashier give a few bags to the person in front of us, then all of a sudden they give the food back an exchange for 2 drinks, so I pull up and can see the bags because the tops were tussled, and the cashier gave me the same food, so I ask if that was the bags she gave the people in front of me and she said yes, so I was like no I dont want that, she gets snarky with me like it's no big deal just take it, I said your kidding me right. So I got upset and ask for my money back and they close the window dont tell me anything and leave me sit there, then they give me food I said no I want my money back, all while I can hear the cashier calling me names laughing at me but no one else she was working with found it funny just her. No apologies nothing, just a horrible experience.

This place sucked ass. It took 4 people in the drive through to get our order right. They told us they no longer carried items on the menu, and then another voice would pop up and say they did. We got our food and the girl handed us our drinks (coke and root beer) and told us "I dot know which one is which here ya go." These people really want $15 an hour?!
