Great stop here on a Sunday night. We ordered online for pickup and it was ready in about the time they quoted us. Good deal going on for a triple order too (50% off). We got there early and the staff was great about checking in with us and our order as it was being prepared. Unlike other pizza chains we have visited, they had 3 staff working (normally see 1 or maybe 2) and they were all hustling to fulfill orders. The area was clean and open - plenty of room for waiting. They even have a board up saying if your order is ready. If you miss the days of yesteryear and want to remember college, stop by. Still what I remember.

As many food places experience highs, and lows, I promise you between 5pm and 1am Monday through Thursday you will see why we say we put our love on top. Come down and see Gandalf. Love you

delivery sucks, yet is still offered as an option on the website. don't even bother ordering extra sauces because they will either not include them with your order or they will apply said extra sauce to items themselves. i wouldn't even trust the staff to pump my gas let alone make my food.

This place was a lifesaver! We had been at the lake for a concert and it was during Harley Davison Homecoming so it was impossible to get back to the hotel and we were starving!! The cab driver and yelp recommended Toppers - they were open and delivering thankfully! We ordered HT Toppers Classic that had sausage, peperoni, peppers, onions, and mushrooms - also some topper sticks (bread sticks with cheese) and YUM. The guy that delivered was so nice - he called to verify where we were and gave us plates, napkins and condiments. GREAT find!!

Absolute nightmare. They got my order horribly wrong 4 times in a row and I had to go back and forth with them about getting a refund. The manager yelled at me the 3rd time. I decided to give them another chance and they sent me all cold food. The pizza was missing toppings and had mushrooms added to it. The wings were cold. It's almost comical at this point but I need my $50 back and they have a call service apparently. The guy picked up and said he couldn't help me with a refund. What a nightmare franchise.

I've been here probably 15-20 times in 2.5 years and it's always great tasting, fresh and fast. The service has consistently been very good and the staff are always nice.

Would give 0 if I could. THIS PLACE IS A MESS! Waited 20min for someone to even acknowledge I was at the register waiting for my pickup. I made myself known that I was here for pickup order and nobody even paid any mind. Told me will take as long as it takes... lol are you kidding me!?! So as I stand here still waiting, I'm writing my 1 Star review about this poor excuse of a pizza place. Learn some customer service and have some respect for those who are ordering from you. Good god!

Alright, so we made a decision to try the Wauwatosa Topper's location again to see if anything had improved since our January experience. In the meantime, we have been driving further away to visit other Topper's locations but the time involved to do that is difficult when there is a location just down the street from our house. Tonight when I stopped in, Ariel greeted me right away, asked for my name, and checked for my order. It wasn't ready. It wasn't on the shelf waiting for pick up. She asked someone else, "Do you have the order for Scott?" Then she turned to me and said, "It's just about to come out of the oven, Scott. We'll have it right out to you." My pizza came out a few minutes later but, before leaving, I wanted to talk to Ariel. She came right out to see me and I told her that she is doing a great job. I told her that she was working a week or so ago when I stopped in and she did a great job then too. She is attentive, sees people when they come in and says hello, she was handling the kitchen well during a difficult time (they were having system issues but she was calm and collected). Ariel is a great employee and she is the reason I am updating my review and moving my rating up to 3-stars. Take care of her and make sure she receives the recognition she deserves for her professionalism and hospitality. Since Ariel has been working there (as far as I'm concerned) this location has been operating much better.
