Jersey Mike's is always a hit. I like the super sub with the pepper relish! I ask for it on the side so I can add as much or little as I want. Also the mini cookies are so good too!

It's freshly sliced in front of you. The bread is baked there and they put on the sandwich what YOU want and not what comes with. To me that is exactly what I want in a subway shop. And they wear plastic gloves while slicing. I love it.

I order online a few times a week. They get it right every time and all of the employees are always polite. Even when they are in the middle of a rush or short handed they always get my order out quickly.

We ordered a box of mini subs with all the extras on the side for a Brewers Game tailgate. They had everything ready exactly on time right when they opened and carefully packed it all up for us. Sandwiches excellent. Well done.

I don't know if someone new is working there, but every order I get seems to be wrong. I ordered no tomato, no oregano...it's all over it. I order Mountain Dew and get diet or Pepsi. ALWAYS, it's always wrong in some way, my orders come through Door Dash, I can see what I ordered, it's never right! Back to Cousins for me...this oregano crap is not even edible!

So I came in about 30 minutes before close and Monica greeted me immediately. I had been with extended family due to a death in the family and had been driving a long way, hungry. Just wanted something light to tide me over til breakfast. I have crazy dietary needs called a low fodmap diet. Monica told me upfront that they only had wheat bread, wraps and one small gluten free. Yay! I've been craving a sub with bread and the gluten free bread here fits my dietary needs and is delicious!! She was friendly, funny and accommodating making sure she was careful to avoid cross contamination. The #8 with mayo and no onion never tasted so good. She also told me about a gluten free cookie you sell that I'm looking forward to trying! She turned my whole day around!! Thank you Monica and Jersey Mike's.

2nd Jersey Mike's ham & provolone I've had in a week in Milwaukee, first one at this location. To me, Cousins is the king of subs and a good Jersey Mike's is a close second. I like Jersey Mikes for portion and juiciness. They are usually dripping with flavour from the vinegar and oil. Kinda their trademark. Mikes way is the only way to go. This visit let me slightly disappointed. It seems they missed the mark for what a standard Jersey mikes should be. It lacked the juiciness they are known for. Everything was there, it just didn't pop. Perhaps the lettuce was a bit past it's prime as well. Place was quiet. Store was clean. Staff was nice.

This location is in a strip mall on Miller Parkway, near National Blvd. Entering and exiting the parking lot is easy and there is plenty of parking available in the lot. The store itself is bright, new and very clean. This was my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's. I was glad I came here. Jersey Mike's sandwiches are definitely superior to those at Cousins or Subway. The quality of product rates with Pot Belly, but it is different and better, IMHO. At Jersey Mikes, all orders are built with fresh cut meats; literally; i.e., they take a slab/roast/brick of your choice of meats/cheeses on a slicing machine and cut it up, fresh, for your sandwich. For sure, they put a lot more meat/contents on the sandwiches than any of the aforementioned competitors, a reason that the price maybe as much as a buck or two more expensive. They have "add chips and a drink" specials and the beverages are "help yourself." I really like this place!

I called this location at 8:44pm to place a takeout order and the individual that answered spent more time telling me that they closed at 9:00pm than trying to get the order correct. After she finally took the order and stated that I had to be there by 8:55pm, another individual in the background yelled, "That's some bullsh*t!" I had no idea why was so upset doing her job during their standard posted business hours. I arrived there at 8:51pm and they were in the process of making the sandwich so I was able to see what they were doing. It was not a customer-friendly or professional experience and I will not give them my hard-earned money in the future.
