Waited over two hours for my order. It was more than an hour after the projected time. When I came in to ask, they said they were just putting the bread in the oven at 45 minutes past the due time. When it said my order was ready, came in and was blatantly ignored, then told that the bread was still being made, which ended up being a lie as I saw our bread taken off of our stack of food that was given to someone else. No apology at all. Customer service was awful. Never again

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The worst experience ever with food and pizza in my entire 30 year of living. Ordered online for pick up at 630pm. The lobby had 10 people waiting some with the same order time. The manager was on her phone laughing being very non engaging. She at one point said she didn't care that we all had to wait. The inside is disgusting. It looks like a shack. Ended up waiting till 745pm to get the pizza and bread sticks for them to be cold. You can't have a worse experience. I called the Milwaukee department of health. It's that disgusting and disturbing. I also called corporate. If they had an dignity at all they would close this location IMMEDIATELY.

This review is actually for the store at 92nd and capitol drive in milwaukee. Yesterday I ordered pizza for pick-up. When I arrived, order was not only not "hot and ready" but a line of at least 10 people in front of us. It was not even in the oven 25 minutes later,when we received it, crust was RAW. had to cook it at home. Crust was at least 3-4 inches in before pizza toppings. Admittedly sauce and cheese good once you get away from the loaf of bread called crust. Sausage seemed more an afterthought than a topping. In case you wish to know, final time from store order to time leaving, 41 minutes. Need to do something about this store or shut it down. It is an embarrass to you company

I've ordered at least 10 times for delivery, i have never once received my order. It is canceled every single time at the expected delivery time. Phone has never been answered, I've called easily 20 times. We get delivery from every other pizza place in the area. I'm not sure how this store is in business. Do not spend money here, let this place close to save others from all the trouble. Let it burn

Extremely bad service at 27th & Howard Ave. location. Clerk said they weren't taking counter orders but just online only. Several attempts to get pizza there in a timely manner resulted in big disappointments each time. To me it is a reflection of poor management. Whoever the HR person is, I feel is at the mercy of hiring a full quality and qualified staff. As far as the pizza, it depends on attention to detail. It's a shame because it was not always that way. I feel that DOMINO'S on 60th and Forest Home is so much better! Their pizzas have a lot of good flavor and their help had always been friendly and helpful. I will never go back to Little Caesar's again!

Location is HORRIBLE!!!! Walked in at 7:20 pm today and no one came to the counter other than to call ppls names for orders. After standing there for 20 mins I see a whole ADULT ROACH crawling on the front counter!!!!! Like are you serious?!?!?!?! Get it together and train your employees on customer service and cleaning !!!!!!

Awful, nasty, lazy employees. The only work employees do here is sing and dance. They don't care about how long you wait. The one packing pizzas in boxes, his ass was hanging out so far you could have slid a full size pizza down it. Then, they act like your bothering them to serve you the pizzas you paid for after waiting over an hour longer than the time you were given to pick it up.

This place is absolutely horrible. Placed an online order at 9:00am for pick up at 11:30. Show up and there are 10 people in the lobby waiting. Workers just showed up and said they were just starting our orders. Also, stood there for 20 minutes before someone even helped me. Ended up waiting for an hour and half. Workers were taking smoke breaks outside while everyone was waiting. DO NOT GO HERE
