I ordered a lemonade with the strawberry fruit light ice received. It went onto my appointment, which was 15 minutes away had to get to it. I drank the lemonade that was in there and when I got done with my appointment, I went back to Sonic to show them that the cup was 3/4 full of ice even still The manager told me there was nothing she could do about it because I drank it so my thought is, why would I buy it? If I wasn't gonna drink it first of all why wasn't she kind enough to go ahead and just refill it again to fix the problemnevertheless, check your cups if you order light ice they ain't gonna do shit about it otherwise. Terrible service. Placed order online and was told to pull into stall. Push the red button and a carhop would be right out. I pulled in stall. I Was told to pull into the drive thru. It was 5 cars ahead of me. What's the purpose of the online app? Terrible Ambiance. Food cold and awful. Onion rings taste like Ice cream. I will not return and I advise you to do the same.

Disappointment I'd been seeing ads for a banana pudding shake for weeks and got the fam to take a drive after dinner for a treat. Sorry, they stopped serving it last week. (But it was still an option to order on the website) So we made some new picks. I got a peanut butter Oreo shake which was delish. My step daughter got a pb chocolate shake along with a dripping mess with a hole in the bottom of the cup. My wife got a hot fudge sundae and they forgot the fudge. A manager fixed the issues promptly but it was just an overall mess. Won't be back anytime soon.

The guy that took my order was so nice and took our order with such grace. I order a Cloney footlong and the Hotdog was a Cold Dog, and the Chili was old. UGGH Then I ordered a Double Cheeseburger which tasted like FISH, it was dry, and had very little condiments. I was just in Nashville and omg they set me up to come back to Milwaukee to this MESS!!!

First of all, this location isn't being maintained. Second, their service sucks. Had to go thru the drive thru 3 times for 4 chili dogs. Hardly any chili and old dogs.

Suffering from short staffing, you can expect long slow moving lines and some order errors. Not worse than the other fast food choices around here. Lots of nonrecyclable packaging and they ignore you if you ask them to not give you straws or condiment packets.

After not having been here for a long time, I took a chance and went to Sonic for lunch so I could try the limited time grilled cheese burger and broccoli cheese tots. I placed the order for those items, along with a bacon breakfast burrito, on their app six minutes before I arrived. Credit where credit is due. The food was made correctly and was brought out to my car only two minutes after I checked in. There was a lot of seasoning salt on the burger patties, but otherwise everything tasted good. Maybe this is a sign that things have changed since I last visited or maybe I just got super lucky. I hope it's the former, not the latter cause I really do want to like Sonic, especially since this is the last location in the Milwaukee area.

Sonic has lost its luster! The place is run down, the food is terrible to put it mildly and the staff just don't give a damm. Who ever owns this franchise has dropped the ball on many levels. Im going to miss the old sonic I so fondly remember, it's a shame a great go to for the best burgers ever has fallen by the wayside. Rest in peace sonic.

The food was garbage. I placed an order online and gave a half hour notice and it still took another half hour for my food to come out to the drive-thru. Everything I highlighted in this photo is what I was missing. I was missing multiple items and items that I did receive taste like trash. It was cold and unflavored. Half the kitchen was outside chatting with her friends while multiple customers were waiting to be served. Not a single item I tried was even worth the money I spent.

This location is horrible. I waited 12 minutes after pushing the red button to place my order. I then placed my order online at 7:54pm. It is now 8:34pm and NO food has been brought out to me. I spent $20.05 on food and been waiting 40 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE!
