This was a worthwhile dining experience. I highly recommend the signature land set menu. This option gives you a great insight into the venue’s well known dishes. The cocktails were delightful as well. The service was on point. I also recommend booking the booth window seats. These would have to be the best seats. However, the entire ambience of this establishment is actually quite nice.

I immediately felt five starts service from step in at the front desk. The young lady at front desk was helpful in offering to save my coat and bag somewhere. As soon as walking to the main restaurant most staff greating us nicely and as soon as we sat at our table they gave us warm damb cloth and gave free complementary a shot of cocktail and it was so tasty!  so I request to the bartender the customised cocktail from it (part of the paid cocktail).

Let’s start from the OYSTER. This entree is must order, as it so meaty and tasty. Wagyu also something that u couldn’t miss out here. Myself not a big fans of medium Wagyu cooking style but this time I LOVE IT, no wagyu left at the end at my plate😋. The cannoli Salmon also something that you SHOULD TRY for entree! I couldn’t ask more for the atmosphere, it’s hommey, chairs/sofas comforting, decorations is unique and artistic, lastly,  staff are friendly even tho they not talk much for efficiency reasons.

Memorable dinner and atmosphere! The service was amazing, little Sanderson traditions made it most enjoyable and our server was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!

The Oysters were fantastic and flavour filled and the steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavour.

This was my first time dining here, and it was a fantastic experience! I hadn’t had bone marrow that tasted this amazing before, and the rock oysters were on another level. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

What a wonderful restaurant - beautiful ambience, warm and friendly service, and most importantly delicious food! We recommend the rock oysters, carbonara tart, scallop, bone marrow and grain fed rib eye. We also loved the welcome shot, handwritten birthday card and small gift at the end - such a special touch! We will be back to try the rest of the menu.
