The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There is quite literally nothing bad. The rooms (bungalows) were perfect in every way: from amenities, to the view, to the easy access to plunge pool and ocean… there were also tons of activities available. We did fishing, fly boarding, photoshoot, and jet ski. The food is also delicious with so many kinds of cuisine to choose from. The breakfast pastry selection is also amazing: from warm croissants to banana bread to apple turnovers… it was an amazing stay

This place is beyond beautiful! It’s a literal dream! Where do I even begin to tell you how stunning Bora Bora is! Took a trip for my 20 year anniversary and it was magical! The staff at the Four Seasons were highly professional, extremely kind, and lovely people! They made sure to make every waking moment count! This Island is so relaxing with plenty to do on property! They will even take you to neighboring resorts for dinner if you wish!  On our anniversary the chef made my husband and I a special menu with our names and a four course meal! The finest cousin I have ever had! The picturesque 360 view of the island will take your breath away! It’s a must see! The over water bungalows with the infinity pool and Mountain View stole the show! I could not believe my eyes when I awoke each morning! I
could go on for days but I think you get the picture! I rate the Four Seasons Bora Bora vacation location as best of all times and beyond my wildest dreams! You must visit before leaving this planet 🌎 for real!

Out of two rooms taken  for four nights , one of the rooms had no AC working for two of the nights . Guest services were apprised of this repeatedly at different times.   An engineer was in and out of our room all morning and afternoon the next day  till it was time to leave for an excursion so the room couldn't really be used during  free time.
Despite this the AC still wasn’t working and there was no update from the Hotel .
On the third night the Duty Manager confirmed that the AC was working but it collapsed after half an hour . They gave an alternate room  to sleep in the third night .
The idea of a holiday is not to expend a lot of energy on continual follow up , not to mention on going stress nor packing, unpacking
It’s most unexpected at Four Seasons where the room costs were more than $2300 per room per night . Finally by the time of check out the Manager agreed to refund the cost of two nights for one room out of the 8 room nights via the travel agent . It will come though but we d rather have had the rooms than a refund.
The restaurants and bars were good and the young Aquatic centre expert very helpful and knowledgeable  . The room was otherwise good as was the veranda. The layout was too vast - sometimes more is less . The staff was otherwise good .

My husband and I came here as the first stop on our honeymoon, and it was so worth the 26 hours of travel time to get here! This is the type of hotel where they remember you like iced coffee at breakfast, where they put bookmarks in all your books when they stop by for turn down service, and where your snorkeling guide plays the ukulele while driving your boat out to swim with sharks and manta rays. It is our favorite place we have ever been, and I hope one day to be back!

This is one of the most beautiful resorts in the world.  The bungalows are exactly as you would expect them, and views are amazing.

BUT - this is a resort that feels like a motel.  The service is motel level - we checked in, and that was it for the entire stay.  The receptionist that took us to our roomsn didn't introduce any tours, any activities, events, dinner options, dinner planning (as on some days there are performances), and nobody else checked up on us for our entire stay.

This is standard for a hotel, but for a 5 star resort?  Every other resort at this price range organised and planned activities with you (and why not, it's great upselling!), usually with a dedicated activities/relationship manager,  but this Four Seasons literally did nothing.

In the end we had a great time because the resort is beautiful and magnificent, and the location is amazing.  But it could have been more, should have been more, and it's a shame that it's so loosely managed,
