We had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch. The chef was fun and welcoming. The food was a great mixture of ideas and flavors with local ingredients. A must-stop if you’re looking for a nice dinner in Piha

My husband and I ate here for our first night in New Zealand. We had the Wednesday night’s Trust the Chef menu. All of the courses complemented each other, service was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect on a warm summer evening. The cocktails were made with fresh pressed juices. It was obvious how much time and care went into the preparation of each element of each dish.

I absolutely loved it! Very friendly people with a passion for food. Every course was a 10/10 for me, locally sourced seasonal ingredients served with a twist. Chef also openly shares some of his cooking techniques and cool stories about the ingredients he uses. Always a good sign when the chef quickly jumps outside to pick some fresh herbs for garnish. Cool move :)
I also enjoyed the non-alcolic wines. Coffee machine wasn't working, so service went out of their way and brew some fresh coffee for me, super friendly. All in all a very nice evening, thank you and keep it up :)

Amazing experience at Aryeh last night, lots of attention to detail and each dish was well explained / can tell there has been a lot of thought put into the menu.

Enjoyed every dish we had with lots of locally grown ingredients and playful use of both textures and flavors - portions are bigger than expected when ordering of the ala carte.

Staff are attentive but the experience is still casual and warm.

Strawberries and Cream dessert is a must.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Aryeh last night. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured every detail was perfect.

The highlight of our visit was the Chef’s Table with the wine pairing. Each course was a masterpiece, showcasing incredible creativity, fresh ingredients, and impeccable flavors. The wines were perfectly selected to complement each dish, elevating the entire dining experience to a whole new level.

Chef Lucas’s passion and skill truly shone through, and being able to witness the culinary artistry up close added a unique and personal touch. This is an absolute must-do for any food lover.
