Personalen mobbade oss av bordet, genom att städa upp runt omkring oss medan vi åt. Sedan sa de till min dotter att vi var tvungna att lämna bordet 30 minuter innan vår tilldelade bokning slutade, eftersom de hade en annan part anländer. Helt äckligt.

Fick äntligen besöka denna restaurang n det var fantastiskt! Mycket annorlunda än dina vanliga restauranger, det har en trevlig urban känsla till det med massor som händer runt omkring dig. Maten var bra och kom ut super snabbt n dryckerna var på punkt.

Jag hörde talas om den här restaurangen av en vän, och en dag, när vi var på väg att äta på Elmo’s, kom vi lite tidigt. När jag gick runt, jag såg det här stället och blev nyfiken, så vi bestämde oss för att kolla in det. Vi beställde drinkar och några smårätter eftersom vi redan hade en bokning på Elmo’s. Maten var okej, men vi älskade verkligen atmosfären. Vi hoppas att återvända en kväll för att uppleva deras DJ. Vi var fyra personer vid ett litet runt bord, vilket redan var ganska opraktiskt. Dessutom fanns det ingenstans att hänga våra rockar. Situationen i kassan var särskilt kaotisk, med en skara kunder som kämpade för att betala eller få ett bord. Det kan vara bra att separera dessa två områden för att förbättra flödet och komforten för dina kunder. Även om maten var av god kvalitet, stötte vi på flera problem med tjänsten. Bordet var dukat för tre personer istället för fyra, vilket innebar att vi var tvungna att begära ytterligare ätpinnar, tallrikar och servetter. Det fanns en flaska vatten på bordet, men inga glas att dricka ur. Dessutom var omgivningsljudet ganska högt, och musiken, även om den var trevlig, var för hög, vilket bara förvärrade obehaget. Bättre hantering av ljudmiljön skulle kunna förbättra upplevelsen avsevärt. Slutligen skulle vi ha uppskattat tydligare vägledning vid vår ankomst. Vi visste inte om vi skulle köa, och i så fall vilken kö vi skulle stå i. Personen i kassan tog sig inte tid att informera oss, vilket förvärrade vår förvirring. Gick till lucky 8 igår kväll med min vän och musiken och vibbarna var så på punkt i början. Vi anlände runt 22:00 ish. Vi kom in ganska snabbt och togs sedan till vårt bord som vanligt. Har varit här massor av gånger tidigare men ikväll var en absolut besvikelse. Jag beställde en sanya sunset cocktail och vi bestämde oss sedan för att byta till barstolarna. Jag började flytta platser och skulle fråga en anställd om detta var okej. Men innan jag ens fick chansen kom chefen/företagaren fram till oss och sa ”du kan inte bara flytta platser, du måste fråga en anställd först”. Hans ton var så oförskämd och onödig. Och ack som grädde på moset, jag tog 2 klunkar av sanya sunset cocktail var inte min kopp te så vänligt frågade en personal om jag kunde byta till en annan drink som har gjort detta en gång tidigare och det var inte ens ett problem. Den här gången var de som “nej, du kan inte ändra det” var så irriterad att inte bara inte brydde sig om att dricka upp drinken men jag var också tvungen att betala för det i slutet. Jag vet att det bara var 8 dollar. 88 men som vad mig anbelangar är jag definitivt inte den första kunden som frågar efter en annan drink. Som vilket skämt. Jag är inte ens säker på om jag planerar att komma tillbaka i framtiden tbh.

Fruktansvärd service och mat var ok, men definitivt inte värt att gå tillbaka för. Serveringspersonalen verkade vara mycket missnöjd och hade inget intresse av att rensa tallrikar eller göra plats för extra rätter. Det var nästan en olägenhet för dem att ha beskyddare! Mycket vanlig upplevelse.
