Superb superb superb. The food, atmosphere and service. Such a delight to find such a long tenured restaurant that has passionate staff who take such delight making and coming and talking to you about what has been made and where it has been sourced from. Can’t wait for round 2.

My husband took me as a surprise birthday dinner, and it was the best ♡
Delicious french cuisine with the most perfect attention to detail, in presentation as in flavor. The service was magnificent as well. Everything was marvelous! Thank you for my birthday cake, it was delightful!

I'm traveling and decided to go for the degustation menu, hoping to taste NZ's local ingredients - It was a perfect choice. It was so lovely to have everything local, from the herbs grown in their backyard to fish caught by strait spearing in the nearby coast and lamb grown next to the coast. Everything was great on the eyes and the palate. I really liked the pea pannacotta, perfectly cooked butterfish, chewy mussel, lamb melting in the mouth, and sweet grilled tomato. The complex flavorful dessert was not too sweet and paired perfectly with Riesling. The nice waitress made the time even better. Oh, if I lived here, I'd come back for the sourdough bread!

Went here as our first fine dining experience we didn't know what to expect. We ordered the valentines menu and it was.. well, different to what we were used to but in a good way. The food and drink pairings was very well thought out, the food presentations looked exquisite and tasted different from what it looked like. But they were good.

Very creative menu that they crafted that day and it was amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and accomodating, the service was fast and the food came out at the right pace. Atmosphere was also lovely because it felt quite homey, well being an introvert and all I find it great.

Wagyu was cooked so nice, wish we could have had more so yeah, I will definitrly visit them again to check their other menus to see the chef's creativity with the food again. :)
