Very friendly service. Fun, casual vibe. Food was delicious ! We will definitely be back.  Our waiter Tiago was especially helpful and his recommendations were on point ! Definitely try the aged beef with red peppers ! One portion is probably enough for two people the share if you want to try other things on the menu.

The customer service alone (particularly Victoria) is worth it, but it is quite faded glory and so quite a lot to pay for that. When I was there the fridge in my room was broken and my shower very quickly ran out of hot water. Some of the communal areas are literally crumbling. Other thing to note for Europeans is that breakfast doesn't start till 9 (not even Starbucks is open) so you might want to have something in your room to keep you going.

The service is good. But the room condition is too bad. Too dirty and old. They do not even provide another layer on the comforter.

Great people at the bar, I also meet the manager super nice host. Now eating some pinchos with sea food and ham. Don’t forget the glass of White Wine, Torrentes.

The room and the area were nice, but the condition of the room was not great. It was quite dusty and the cleaning ladies did not leave towels one day hence we had to wait for the next day to take a shower etc.
