Terrible Customer Service – Would Not Recommend

I had a medical emergency during my stay at this hotel and was shocked by the lack of care and understanding from the staff. Instead of offering assistance or showing empathy, the hotel refused to refund the night I couldn’t use due to circumstances completely beyond my control.

The reservation department was especially disappointing—rude, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to work with me. A hotel should prioritize guest well-being, but it’s clear this one does not.

If you value basic decency and customer service, I’d suggest staying elsewhere!

This hotel is nicely appointed. The room is large and has a nice water/city and night skyline views in multiple directions with a balcony. The location is nice for long walks along the port. Safe in the evenings. Great for joggers. Close to San Telmo market. The breakfast was fantastic and even included a number of gluten free options. The staff have all been quite friendly and helpful. This hotel was a fine way to end our month long trip in Argentina.

I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Everything was perfect. All the staff were amazing, and were super helpful in every aspect. Myself and my son came over for the Copa Libertadores final and Boca Juniors and this was our base. Hotel in an affluent area with many nice restaurants 10 mins walk away: 100% safe and the hotel itself a 10/10 in every area. Breakfast, restaurant, lobby, wonderful reception staff, gym, rooftop jacuzzi and the massage team were the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. One of the best rooftop experiences I've had in BA. The view was great and we had a lovely evening. The vibe was amazing and the music was fun. The drinks were great as well, highly recommend the Hennessy Paloma, it's gonna get you in trouble. The staff and service is noteworthy and very professional, from the lobby downstairs to the wardrobe upstairs. All in all a great great night.
