We got stuck here thanks to American Airlines canceling our flight for “crew rest” to Dallas.  A hot mess checking everyone in and the whole place is dirty and our room a disaster and the bathroom door doesn’t close.  The included food at the restaurant was packaged veg ravioli and cut up packaged ice cream.  No ordering from the bar allowed.  Wow American.  Do you think they put their cabin crew in this hotel???

Only one  clerk checking while bald one ignored us until after a man jumped a line of about 20 people. Then the lazy clerk helped him. Only one option for dinner--warmed pasta from a can. Room was OK for a 2 star hotel.

The great location is the main and only asset of the hotel.
The most disappointing thing is there is no A/C in the rooms, only central ventilation, which is my room was incredibly loud, so I had to turn it off. Tej room was a sauna . We announced at the reception but they didn't do anything about it. 🤬
The room was  small but I didn't mind that very much. I liked the vintage furniture and controls 😂 (not), don't know if anyone else liked those.
The bathroom was really small, I barely fit in between the open door and the sink.
Most of the rooms I think have great views, mine not at all.
Don't come in the summer!

Was booked at this hotel after my flight was cancelled.  I would never book this hotel on my own.   How this was 4 stars, I will never know.  No A/C, no in room safe, no power outlets (except one in the  bathroom), shower head was no better than a garden hose.  Location wasn’t bad but it wasn’t enough to out the bad.

If you want to live the fantasy of living in an abandoned building after mankind evacuated a city, this the place to go.... NO air conditioning during sweltering Buenos Aires weather. Rude characters at front desk look out of a Hitchcock movie. Doorman cannot speak English, or Spanish for that matter...breakfast is about the worst in the World: burned out coffee and Tang orange juice. Elevator seems about to crash at any moment. In short, avoid this nightmare!!!
