Wow! What an amazing meal. Me and a friend chose the prix fixe menu, and so by sharing the 2 options for each course, we were able to sample almost the whole menu. With the excellent wine pairings, it was $120k each. The ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The sweetbreads, oyster, and pate were especially incredible. The service was so wonderful and thoughtful, thank you for letting us change the desert wine for something dry! They are currently in the Michelin guide, and I think they will receive a star eventually.
My only wish is that they serve cocktails in the future. But the wine selection was so amazing, so it doesn’t matter.

We were fortunate to get a table on our last night in Buenos Aires. Even though we arrived closer to 10:30 PM, the restaurant welcomed us warmly. Our waiter, Carlos, was very friendly and explained the menu to us in English.

The three of us decided to share several items from the menu, and our favorites were the sweetbreads, Haloumi cheese, and pâté. I must admit that, as someone who is not a fan of sweetbreads, they ended up being the best dish of the night—one I would love to have again. The portions were perfectly sized for sharing, and we felt quite full by the time we got to the rib-eye, which tasted just as delicious on day two.

The restaurant was elegantly decorated, featuring an open kitchen where we could see the flames on the grill. We also had the chance to meet the chef, Julio, who is already known for his other famous restaurant, Julia. Be sure to book a table here before the secret gets out!

Absolutely fantastic dinner here when we were in Buenos Aires. Service was phenomenal. All of the foods we tried were fantastic and prepared perfectly. The server was very helpful in picking out wine as well. It was pricey especially for Buenos Aires, but it was a chef forward phenomenal place that is worth the price for a special meal. We would definitely return!

It was just a bad experience for me. As always, it might be different for you, so go and make your own impression.

Food: We asked for signature dishes, and these are what we've got:
1) Tar-tar had a thick layer of bread crumbs, nuts, and sesame seeds. I kind of scraped it away because I could not taste the meat itself. Overall, it was weird, but fine. I wish it were more about meat.
2) Sausage is just sausage, average, I ate about half of it. Everything else on the plate is boiled (?) carrots in the skin (you taste Mother Earth). Sauce is nowhere to be found. I don't recommend it.
3) Prawns - I see people praise them. But those are just prawns under the thickest layer of mayo. It oxidized and fell in parts, like u granny cooks her "French" pork.
4) Deserts are lazy. Just a scoop of ice cream and some fruit (apple or pear).

Service: I felt like a passerby, not a guest, although we had a booking. Examples of what gave me the feeling:
- We were three people and were served two plates of starters (pickled vegetables, a plate of five pieces of each kind). When I asked for one more plate (so each person could try all), I was told, "OK, if you want to eat so much," which is weird. Maybe we were lost in translation.
- I spilled a bit of oil 20 minutes into a restaurant and asked for a napkin. Although I reminded 2 times, I only received one just before leaving.
- We could not order for 15 min cause people were kinda ignoring us. Our waiter was busy talking to some other couple (he came back and forward like 3 times), and another waiter said something we could not hear and ran away.
And etc. We left with a bitter feeling, idk maybe we offended them somehow. I understand that working in service is hard, but its not a feeling I expect to have after a place like this.

Atmosphere: The place is kinda beautiful, modern and shiny. But because of what I mentioned before, I can't give it justice here.

It's obviously pricy. Tartar 15k, prawns 18.5k and etc.

Overall, i would not recommend going here for an important event, like date or anniversary. But I see a lot of positive reviews here, so maybe we were unlucky, and you should give it a try for a regular night out.

Accidentally came by, ended up 3x in this little gem during our short stay in BA. Absolutely high quality food paired with bombastic service (shout out to Lola!).

Also very much liked the concept of half portions/wines to enable the curious eater to easily explore their full range of individual dishes/drinks!
