We were staying nearby and tried stopping by the first night since they are open late and they said they had nothing open at the gate. The next night made a reservation but it was absolutely dead so I'm not sure if they were actually busy or each weekday is different (both midweek days).

Ok so for food - we had 3 gazpacho dishes on our trip and this was our favorite over 2 other Michelin star restaurants. It is fabulous. Pumpkin risotto is solid. Chicken was a bit dry but sauces good. Good presentation on all dishes and good cocktails!

Would give this a 3.5 but gazpacho is 5.

We stayed at the hotel and had several meals here. Everything we tried was really good! Not exceptional, that’s why it’s missing the last star. The ambiance is super nice and the personnel gets 5 stars. Nice place for couples as it’s super intimate

Beautiful place, best view of mountains and clean , google direction may confuse you to get there but entry gate and parking is close to road.

Definitely one of the most wonderful experiences of my life, the whole place is amazing but the most valuable thing is the staff, everyone was super kind and nice, it is a truly natural landscape

Excelente todo, el servicio, los vinos y la comida que fue lo mejor de la noche.  Un menú espléndido y con sabores deliciosos, como el paté de pato un recomendado al igual que el salmon curado y la pasta con el consomé de res una delicia.felicitaciones a la chef Sofía luna. Un menú fenomenal.

Everything was excellent, the service, the wines and the food, which was the best of the night.  A splendid menu with delicious flavors, such as the duck pâté, which is recommended, as well as the cured salmon and the pasta with beef consommé, which is a delight. Congratulations to chef Sofía Luna. A phenomenal menu.
