We just had a perfect lunch at Quimera with delicous food and wine as well as a perfect Service. The starters were a variation of taps each better than the other! We loved that the Main course(delicious Steak) came with a big variety of "sides" each of them being a perfect stand alone dish being very creative! And the peach dessert was just lovely!
Overall a great experience! We highly recommend to do the wine pairing.
We were sitting outside since the temperature was really nice, but inside looks really nicely decorated as well.

The entire staff was so kind and attentive… the food was miraculous in its detail, appearance and exquisite taste…the setting was also so fresh and well lit during the day… we would imagine that evening dinner would be stunning.  We already miss them and when back in Mendoza…. We land there again!
